All of the staff was friendly and helpful. We got to check in early and our room air conditioner was not working. Maintenance came right away and said it couldn't be fixed. They moved us to a new room right away and offered us free breakfast daily for our stay.

We've been to better places, that aren't as expensive. Over priced for what it was, for sure. We expected better. Paying $84/week for parking was a disappointment. The food in the restaurant and the breakfast was not good. The AC would only kick on if there was movement in the room, so sleeping with no AC running made for a hot night. The ice machine didnt work on our floor so we went where the sign told us to go and that one didn't work either, with no sign. There were strange smells, such as dirty mop water and sewage. Our shower didnt drain well. All in all, the waiters Al and Kennedy were great. Front desk was nice. But the hotel needs some work, it felt run down.

I accidentally scheduled for the wrong night in the middle of an emergency and when I arrived and learned of this the front desk staff was pretty indifferent to the situation, required me to book a new night, and refused to switch my accommodation over to the night I needed despite there being availability. So I ended up having to pay for two nights despite only needing one in the middle of an emergency and with nowhere else to go. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and lack of empathy, understanding, and problem solving and accommodation from the hotel staff, especially under the circumstances.

This is my first time staying in the galleria area and I loved it. It’s right by the mall and many places to eat! It’s about 10 minutes from downtown so you don’t have to deal with the downtown traffic. The freeway being right next to the hotel might make it hard to sleep if you’re a light sleeper but it’s very nice. Staff was very friendly, I landed in Dallas way earlier then expected and got an early check in at 10 am for free! Would definitely recommend

They charge me for the parking and the price of the parking was very expensive. Also staff dindnt inform how the parking system works, so system was charging me every time when i leave the parking lot

Visitor parking should be free. I had paid for parking for my vehicle but my friend wanted to take my car to go downtown and leave his there. So, I had to pay for parking two vehicles when only one at a time was there. Also, I paid for a 24-hour parking pass for my vehicle but I was charged for in/out parking in addition to the pass.
