Need more staff on reception during busy times as there was always big queues blocking exits and entrances.
The rooms were very nice with cleaning staff very polite and helpful.

The hotel staff was great! The room and beds were very comfortable and clean. The only thing we weren't fond of was the pillows.

The location is fantastic. next to the hotel there is subway station. however, the hotel rooms look shabby and need renovations. The hotel is very close to times square and rockefeller center and walking distance to central park
