It was very convenient to have decent restaurants avaliable on site. The room was very clean and updated. The only odd thing was the gentleman who checked us out was very curt and not super friendly. He was like, you're good, see ya later, don't let the door hit you on the way out. Not rude, just not caring.

Stayed at this hotel during a recent trip to Niagara Falls, NY. While the location was convenient and the room was clean, a few things made the experience less than ideal.
First, the Starbucks inside the hotel closes way too early — not ideal if you’re arriving late or want an evening coffee. Most of the nearby restaurants also shut down early, leaving very limited food options after 8 or 9 PM.
Also surprising — no coffee machines or refreshments available in the lobby, which is usually a basic amenity in most hotels at this level. It felt inconvenient, especially for early risers or late check-ins.
