I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. Housekeeping were all nice and they even provided you Willy’s complimentary Dasini water every time they cleaned your room. They had free activities for guest such as hula classes and even making lays as well as activities for kids such as feeding the fish. I really loved the location. It was right next to the shopping and across the street from the beach. Easy quick walk to the beach. Also not a far walk from the zoo as well. Love it here. Will definitely be staying here again.

Everything. Very helpful staff (Thank you Les for picking up my bags when I was struggling), early checkin was appreciated, great room and view, proximity to beach and shops, very comfortable, felt safe.

Everything was great. Convenient location, wonderful pool area and pool staff, good food in the restaurant -breakfast is pricey though. Rooms were nice, clean and beautiful view. Will definitely stay here again.

It’s a very loud place! The mall with live entertainment is next to it and you can feel the base in the pillow … other than that, it’s a great location, exceptional staff and very nice rooms. They have great activities , live music, great food, pleasant and not crowded pool area. Elevators were being upgraded, so the elevator trips were superbly long, but I’m sure that’s temporary..

If you’re not a timeshare member, you’re not going to be comfortable staying there. The hotel itself was good and the location was great, but the service there was not that good. The food was not satisfactory and expensive. A good thing is that there are a lot of other restaurants close by that were great.

Construction next door. Put in small corner room nowhere to put anything away no closet or dresser this friend hurt herself on her bed no room getting around ruined her stay as well as mine.

I’ve always stayed at Sheraton Princes Kaiulani every time I go to Oahu. It’s like home to me. However staff doesn’t recognize this. As a valued and repeat customer I asked to be upgraded this last stay to a nice room with a better ocean view. My reservation did call for an ocean view but I was hoping for a fantastic vie on a higher floor like 20th floor or above. Nope I did not. I was placed on the 10th floor corner where I had buildings in front of me and just a peek of the ocean between them. Not a good way of taking care of valued and loyal Marriott Bonvoy member.
