Of our week long drive from Mexico to Canada this was the absolute best stay. Excellent all round from the fabulous thick and luxurious towels in the bathroom to the wonderful staff and location. Top shelf service and facility for a very reasonable price. Will be looking for More Shilo Inn Suites to stay in on our next trip.

I have stayed here many times - this is a very convenient place to access K Falls. It is not near downtown - if you need access to downtown from a walking standpoint, this is not the place. Very nice place to stay with a pool, workout center, and a bfast provided.

I was really disappointed to find upon check in, that the actual room rate for our room for that night was significantly less than what I had been charged by Hotels.com. As a loyal and frequent Hotels.Com customer, I expect that this overcharge will be reimbursed. Otherwise, why would I ever use Hotels.com again.

Have stayed here multiple times while traveling back and forth form OR to AZ and back. Has everything we need and accommodates for our dog. We have been able to stay on the first floor in a junior suite and the extra room is nice. Room is a bit outdated but was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing the 2nd TV was set up with ROKU and we couldn't figure out how to get it back to regular TV. Front office staff wasn't really helpful with that. Good location for food and gas stations.
