I have left a bad review about this place in the past. The true is that your opinion very much hinges on what room you are assigned. As some are remodeled --do not have a strong mildew smell and AC works well and others do.
One thing though is the staff is always wonderful!!
Since this company has taken over this hotel they have been working hard to bring it back to glory with landscaping, paint, new furniture, ect. So in time this hotel will be a gem.

We enjoyed our stay at Sky Tree.It was quiet and very clean . Had a Jacuzzi room at a very reasonable price. We would most definitely stay there again!

The area around the property is not the best place to be and the pool and hot tub did not look like it was clean so I never used them. The staff was great and the rooms were what we needed them for a place to sleep and the breafast was what we expected.

It was fine for what we needed. The room was clean, fresh towels and bedding. Room could use some sprucing up and cosmetic work but that did not affect my stay.

The location isn’t the safest looking and my car tire got intentional damage to it overnight. The AC unit door was broken and the bathroom door didn’t latch. I ended my stay prematurely because I didn’t feel safe. The staff, however, were very polite and friendly and have absolutely nothing negative about them.

There were to many children in the pool with out supervision. And was un able to use the spa, due to to many under age children in the spa. If the pool closes at ten. Children should have an earlier time they have to be out just to let the adults have a chance to use before it closes.
Come on 15 kids between the pool and spa os a lot for those two items.

The hot tub was out of order but the pool was heated and very warm. The breakfast is good they have biscuits and gravy, sausages and waffles

So my stay would have been great however the toilet kept running and on the day of check out we woke up late so i called the front desk to ask if we could be a few mins late and they was very rude will not return

Main hot tub was down most of our stay. We couldn't get new towels til the morning we checked out. Handprints on the ceiling. Issue with the toilet filling back up. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. Jet tub in room was best part. Wouldn't stay again for the price though.
