Overall great stay. The breakfast was one of the best I've had!

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for the price. We would stay again.

And the breakfast is different every day, and pretty good!

Everything was really nice! Breakfast was great. I would recommend staying here.

I enjoyed the room and it was perfect for our family of 6. The beds were extra comfortable. The free breakfast was good. The pool was heated, which was awesome for my kids. Only bad things were, that there was no extra linens or pillows in the room and the phone wasnt working to call the front desk but they were able to provide linens after i went down to the front desk. The fridge was also not plugged in and we couldnt get the cord to plug it in. Other than that i thought it was a great hotel and would stay again.

The staff was very kind, accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect and within walking distance to a variety of stores and restaurants.

Very nice manager who made sure I could find parking and the room. Room had lots of blonde hair stuck to sink and floor, and oily finger prints all over utensils and bowls in kitchen. Wouldn’t stay again due to that

We stayed in the room with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. We enjoyed the space we had. Also the food options around the hotel. The comfort of the beds was good. We would definitely consider going back when we go to San Diego.

So when I called the first two times I asked him for a first floor room because of our dogs. We did not get that so they had to look for a room for us. Then when they found one we got into the room, the room was somewhat clean. There was things in the microwave and there was things left over in the drawers. This room was not very cleaned at all. They did offer us another room, but my son who has autism was already relaxing and laying down. So we just stayed in the room. But we did have room service come to the room and clean it. But I still felt like that room that we stayed in was not very clean. Plus that when we took a shower in the bathtub the tub just started tub, with water because the drain was not draining fast enough. I used to be a manager for a hotel for housekeeping. I really think that the managers need to look into all the rooms after the housekeeping is done cleaning the room. Because I feel like sometimes they are not doing their jobs. Because this is the second time we stayed at a hotel like this, and it was the same way. Again thank you very much. I don’t think we will be staying at this hotel ever again.

Convenience

I was surprised at how convenient the location was. Close to restaurants, shopping and gas stations. The only downsize is that there are no elevators.

The stay was amazing. We came with our two year old and practically had the pool and basketball court area to ourselves every time we went. Our room was clean, the only thing is housekeeping is once a week so if you need towels or toiletries you need to go to the front desk. The breakfast was yummy and changed somewhat daily. The staff was helpful and friendly. Do keep in mind parking will have a $10 payment a night, I wasn’t expecting it since we paid for the stay. Overall it was a great experience.

Great space like it!

This property was very clean, convenient and safe. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Will stay here again. Felt very comfy staying here for ten days,

The outside of the property was dirty. Pool area was worse than picture. Didn't clean or service rooms daily- only once every 7 days. Had to go get more coffee pods from office every day.

Feel unsafe because room locate outside of the building. The property feel like a motel.

Great location , close to many restaurants , great breakfast staff but be aware there is only once a week housekeeping service which is not mentioned on the booking. I asked concierge at the second day why room was not cleaned and they informed me it is just once a week , then they suggested me the option of light housekeeping which you need to request. I requested for next 3 days but no one showed up, I even asked receptionist but they apologized for being full house every time and easily they handed General Manager business card. I understand is not their fault and they have to follow management instructions (and even no staff to help for action). I was really greatfull if we had light housekeeping once during our stay as respect but never happens( even I wouldn’t mind to pay extra for cleaning since we were travelling with family). I travel a lot for work and staying in different hotels around the world but that was my first and last time staying at Sonesta ES Suites brand. Hope Management team/owner take these comments into consideration.
