Sonesta Essential Savannah

Couldn't connect to wifi. Other than that...OK.

I will always stay here when I visit Savannah.

The regional manager was working and was very polite and helpful. It is close to food and easy access to anywhere in Savannah. The breakfast was great, get there early though! Only downside is the noise factor, you can hear everything! People in the hall, in the other rooms, basically the whole floor. Walls are thin, if that matters then maybe to mindful. It made us no difference and was a great place to lay for the night!

Absolutely my favorite hotel I’ve stayed at in Savannah.

It’s the worst sonesta ever. They have their own rules never existed in anywhere else. Poor management, extremely greedy owner

Good room. Great bed. Very good space. Nice bathroom and shower. Had a few problems to enter the room, key not working properly, door handle with problems, but staff address immediately.

We were on 3rd floor next to exit door. People kept going in and out that door very annoying and we couldn’t sleep

The hotel is very well maintained, with good breakfast, very spacious rooms, comfortable beds and quiet location. Our manager was very helpful and kind.

We had an amazing stay. Staff friendly and helpful. We were shocked that we’d stayed at the hotel five years prior. The upgrades were really nice. And a great breakfast!!!

No working coffee at breakfast and food ran out early

Everything was so clean and the bed was soooo comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I will be staying here again. Also— best free breakfast I’ve had in a while. They have a free coffee machine that is available 24/7.

I really like the hotel set up, but the noise next door was unacceptable, i complained to the owner the next day but it seem like the noise got worst that night. The price of the hotel isn’t worth it! It can used some more work done especially in the bathrooms. But overall the staff is nice.

Our stay was EVERYTHING!!!! I wished I could give more than 5 stars. From the front desk to checking out was above and beyond. Mr. Abhi Menon gave us EXCELLENT customer service. It didn't matter what time of night or morning, he was there. The breakfast was outstanding!!! If you're ever need a place to stay , please look up Sonnesta Essential, you won't be disappointed..

It is clean but is definitely an older hotel with fresh paint. Old style ac and bathroom. Continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired! We were not even sure what some of it was so we tried the cereal and it was stale so we left for breakfast.

Bed and pillows excellent. Toilet was too low. Staff great. Breakfast wonderful. Whole place spotless

Free breakfast was not the best. The hot food was, half done, tator tots, well done chicken nuggets and a potato, corn and sausage casserole, the sausage was sooooo spicy I dad to spit it out.

Not the worst stay i've had but not the best either. The room was clean, no problems checking in. Breakfast was horrible. If you can even call that breakfast. So gross!!! They had some kind of concoction of corn, chorizo, with hashbrowns. They had burnt chicken nuggets and it looks like microwaved tater tots. One plus is that they have a waffle maker, but only one so good luck getting a waffle with all the people waiting. They have a yogurt machine and an expresso machine and they dont even work ughhh!!! Ok thats enough about the breakfast sorry, its just frustrating when there were so many good reviews for the breakfast online. The lady up front was very nice and helpful. ..... Oh yeah, no trashcans anywhere, i had a couple bags of trash i needed to throw away but there werent any bins anywhere. I had to go all the way to the front lobby to throw trash away, so crazy... its like they want you to be messy. Not coming back ever again!!! Oh yeah, the window shades do not block out the very powerful front lights that are on 24/7, so if you have a room on the front side, good luck sleeping if you like it dark. Thats all bye

The staff was very professional and eager to help. The room was clean with few frills, but very comfortable. I will stay here again.
