Nice hotel but nothing went smoothly for us. We arrived at midnight. When we checked in they said they didn't have the 2 queen bedroom we booked, but they had a room with 1 king and a pullout bed. We said this wouldn't work since we had 2 adults and 2 kids...management was called to help find another room. It took them another 15-20 minutes to find us a room which felt longer since it was already late and kids were exhausted. We got into our room about 12:25am. The room was clean and looked newly updated, but unfortunately the toilet had no water in it and did not flush properly. Maintenance finished fixing toilet around 1am. We had little time to sleep since we had to leave at 8am for our flight. Front desk told us that shuttle service doesn't go on a regular schedule and that we should go downstairs to request a shuttle 30 minutes before we want to leave. It took 40 minutes for a shuttle to arrive at hotel to take us to airport and another 30 minutes for the shuttle to reach Terminal 7 where we needed to get off. The airport is just a 5 minute drive but once you get to the airport at 8am, the traffic just creeps along. So plan leaving your room more than an hour before you need to get to the airport.

Second time staying. Good folks, especially Bernadette. Only cons are they nickel and dime you to death, and need to be more vigilant about answering the phone. Otherwise, they are responsive and the condition of the property has improved since 2023 stay.

They have a $200 a NIGHT deposit which I feel is ridiculous. I paid a total of $600 towards the security deposit before my trip even started. Who willing wants to do that? The hotel is not worth a nightly deposit at all.
