Although the parking was convenient and easy, there was a $10 per night charge. The room and bed were comfortable, clean and spacious. The only comment is the carpet in the common area (lobby and hallways) needs to be replaces, overdue. My wife and I had a very nice stay and will definitely return in the future.

My stay was very nice in Irvine, Cal . Everyone was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable at the Marriot Suites .
My stay at Sonesta took a while to get the room prepared for check in but they were friendly and let me wait in longe with my luggage while they prepared room.

We had a great stay. Our hotel was close to a bridal shower held in Laguna Beach. The staff was very friendly and our room was perfect for a quick weekend trip.

Dirty bathroom and low water pressure, smelly beds. Dont even try this place. Night shift lady, was super mean and unprofessional. She refused my service dog! And charged me a fee!!!!

This was the second time we’ve had plumbing-related issues at this hotel. It’s a great price and location but not worth it. Last time we stayed here we came back to the bathroom carpet being flooded. Couldn’t find a leak anywhere so they offered to let us switch rooms. This time the sink wouldn’t drain and filled with black water. I don’t think the conditions here are sanitary. We won’t be staying again.

Nice, clean and quiet location..was a little messy around the trash bin areas inside and out but nonetheless, it was a great stay with great service! Sonesta is always our go to! Also pets staying here have a tendency to have “accidents” on the carpet in the hallways.

It was interesting check in experience, I think for the price they should include at least free coffee. Rooms are nice, TV works no fridge tho. Overall I’ll give my 4 stars to this hotel.

Staff were okay, kinda short during interactions. The probably condition was good, not great. Cleanliness was awful. There was dried up spilled coffee on the counter, looks like the counters in the room weren’t wiped down. There was a wet sticky spot on the carpet next to the bed. I wiped my foot that stepped in the wet spot with some wipes I brought and it came out orange/brown. My other foot nothing came out. The room’s interior looks like something from the late 90s to early 00s. Not a big fan of the TV placement. Overall experience is a generous 4 stars

The first thing you get his with is a ridiculous parking fee. Then I presented with list paper showing all the rules and what i might get charged with. I went into my room and first thing was a BUG in the sink, it was not a roach but unsure of the strange bug. My room had an old smelling sofa that sofa was out of 1980.I had opted for the breakfast and upon check-in received a sticker to present in the morning to get my meal. The process is a joke.
I highly reccomend not choosing this hotel! Not worth the money I paid.

We arrived at the check in time but the attendant said the room was not clean yet. We went out to our car and waited nearly an hour. When we went back to check in there was a very long line and only one attendant. This resulted in us not being able to get in to the room until nearly 2 hours after check in time which was already 4pm. Later when we asked for an additional pillow and extra sheet, the front desk clerk said he would check if he could get them. We didn’t hear back from him the rest of the night.

I have always enjoyed staying here, this last stay was not good. Reported shower not working correctly, Tuesday morning and night. Wednesday morning and night, Thursday morning while checking out and nothing was done or fixed. I also asked front desk Tuesday morning to have housekeeping change the bed sheets and spoke to one of the housekeepers about the same and it didn't get done Tuesday. I asked front desk again on Wednesday morning and it didn't get done until Wednesday evening after 645pm. Hopefully things get better and again I do enjoy staying here. We will try it again soon
