Spark by Hilton Grapevine DFW North

Very easy to get to off the main highway. Wish they had benches out front for people who smoke. The pool area is a great place to sit and have morning coffee with your cigarette but it's not open until 9am. Other than that it was a great stay. They do offer late checkout which was very convenient.

It was quiet

Everything surrounding the hotel was clean and easily accessible.

The breakfast could use more options. I liked the yogurt, granola and bagels. Hard boiled eggs were nice but had to peel them in my room to rinse off bits of shell after peeling. Watery orange juice. The ground salt was bad because it didn’t grind well.

One elevator, no room cleaning and breakfast is terrible. Over all not a great hotel.

I travel very frequently. This was the first time I had to pay to check in early. That is a ridiculous fee when the room is ready and just sitting there . This property needs some renovations . The carpeting in the hallways and rooms is very rundown and faded . You could barely fit anything in the tiny fridge. There was no desk chair. Just a chair puff to sit on . No clock or alarm in the room . Close to a nice steak and Mexican restaurants were nice . But I would not return to this property.

Received Note from Hotel after I checked-in that Airport Shuttle started at 7:00 am I needed to catch a flight by 7:45 am Stayed for the convenience and closeness to Airport.

Bed was super comfortable

This was a one nighter- the property wasn’t special, but it was clean and efficient. No extras, no nonsense. BUT the sheets were the softest I’ve ever slept in! I don’t know where they got them or what they are, but seriously…like butter. Amazing sheets, okay hotel.

Things I didn’t like $50 early check in fee , My 7am flight was missed so by time I got everything together at the airport I needed a hotel I arrived at your hotel at 11:45am I was told $50 early check in I wasn’t told that after 1 pm I could check in for free so yes I waited in the lobby until 1pm. I got this information from Hilton Honors Representative when I called to get my number. Also the pool area wasn’t clean at all dirty towels left on chairs, table, and floor , the pool wasn’t cleaned out from the trees. When I went to take a shower from the being in the pool I went to use the soap that was on the wall that was empty I had to get a family member to call the front desk to let them know I was in the middle of taking a shower and no soap Yes, the lady came to change it I had to get out so she could use her key to replace it. And the tables in the lobby needed to be wiped off they had food particles on them. Over all the uncomfortable chairs in the lobby and paints were rally nice

Breakfast was so so. Eggs overdone, hard to peel. Ño ice bucket in room.

The room wasn't clean; dried coffee on side table that obviously wasn't wiped during cleaning ; hairs and stain on floor; black unidentified stuff on bed; dirt on carpet ...

Nice clean and affordable room near the airport.

This is an older property that has been renovated. Bed is very comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaned better.
