The water in the shower could have been hotter.

I liked that it was very quiet.

First thing I noticed was the lovely smell! Great place and friendly help.

Checkin was a breeze. The staff was very courteous. Coffee and tea were available 24 hours a day. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and washclothes. The rooms were clean and smelled nice. Only minor issue was some hair in the shower. I was not impressed with breakfast at all. No protein was offered and it was very limited choices. Other than that, the stay was great and I would stay there again.

A continental breakfast at best. Front desk poorly manned. Gym not functional yet. Room very clean. No water or in room coffee service. Does not live up to hilton name.

Shower did not work and no hot water! Doesn’t tell you there is a extra 50$ charge either!

Nice hotel

Room 216. Fit and finish in the bathroom was below par, such as toilet rocked, shower head came out of a jagged hole in the wall, bath spigot was not secured to the wall, AC noise and vibration would wake me. Staff was great. Breakfast was bagels with bagels and bagels.

There were small children running up and down the hallway. It was evening hours.

we attempted to check in at 7PM and had to wait 20 minutes for our room to be ready.

Convenient and reasonable. TV and controls nice. However while very clean a peanut shell from a previous guest was missed during cleaning. No cup found for water. Bathroom fogged badly during shower. Worst part is shower valve was so stiff I don’t believe a strong child could turn it on or off. Overall I wanted to give the place a five star but could not!

We used the Hilton app for check in Md noticed the hotel we will be there at 5pm. But when we arrived at 5:30pm, the front desk staff notice us that the room was still cleaning up. So we agreed to change to another room. But that room smelled so horrible that like surrounding by muds. The staff was great that they helped us to change to another room. That room was smell ok. When I tried to put my water into fridge. There was a roach ran away from the fridge. And getting later and later. There was over dozens of roach in the room! And the toilet cannot be flushed. It was so horrible.

Hard to find and get to you have to go through the BP. Beds comfy. But no real desk chair for the desk it was like a tall stool. Not good if you’re working at the desk. NO INSULATION BETWEEN ROOMS. Sooooo loud, if someone’s phone just dings you hear it. The doors all slam shut!!! If you treasure quiet sleep good luck. Only breakfast was cereal and bagels and juice
