We brought our 2 grandsons to stay overnight and play at the waterpark… they really enjoyed ourselves and will be back soon. The only disappointment was that the air conditioner was not working in the arcade.

I don't like giving negative reviews but I hope it helps both to the resort's management and fellow travelers. It looks like they've had a hard time keeping up with the place. The grounds were overgrown and appeared unkept. In one of the rooms we booked the toilet tank was off and they hadn't made note not to book the room. Our room, the hairdryer was missing and I had to go get one. On a postive note, the beds were very comfortable. If you are using the water park it'd be a nice place to stay as the rates were very reasonable (book directly with the hotel though, the park fee isn't included when booked through a 3rd party). The bar was fantastic! We had a blast there so that was fun. All in all about a 3.

The water park side was fun but for 4 people it was $200 for 8 hours 1 day the hotel was completely falling apart none of the vending machines work none of the coffee machines work we got sheets for blankets and several people complained of not having blankets or pillows at all when they got their rooms the property outside was over grown and filthy it was a terrible stay

Could not use the water park when I got there from 6:00 to 8:00 then the next day the water park was tied up to 2:00 p.m. so we only got 5 hours to swim pillow's hair hair all over and both bedrooms pillows not clean human hair on them manager was not cooperative with me for making it convenience for me and my kids on the swimming activity overcharged me $350 for 2 days of swimming passes which I only got to swim approximately about 2 days I got eight hours of swim time not cool at all splash universe I will never go to splash universe again or take my kids it's trash and the first thing he said my owners are in business to make money not to give money back he never gave courtesy to the customer first recommendation never go there again.

I just wanna give the manager Jared 10 stars. He was excellent with customer service went above and beyond that his way to make sure everything was right even though Expedia did not let us know that the tickets for the waterpark was not included. He also made it right, so I just wanna give a big shout out to Jared the manager And.

For a “smoke free” room it smelled awfully smokey, but overall cleanliness was good. Front desk was very friendly and good at clarifying that the park is a separate charge. My family had a blast. The cost of stay plus the water park did seem pricy but nothing too much to complain about.

The water park is so small, and the price is outrageous, i booked thru a 3rd party, i had 2 rooms for a 9 year old bday, when we arrived we were told that the room did not include the waterpark, and it was $50 a person, so for 7 people to use a splash pad, not a water park i had to pay and extra $280 just to use the splash pad. Do no go to this facility it is not worth the money that i spent, it cost me $450 to stay over night for 7 people
