I was traveling with my two young children. It was close to 11PM , the door to the hotel room was not unlocking and maintenance wanted to replace the battery. Front desk would not give me a new room because I did not feel comfortable sleeping in a room with the door that did not properly lock, especially being alone with two young children. I wanted a refund and stayed at a different hotel.

Service was terrific. It appeared the hotel was remodeled in recent years but they definitely missed a few places. We saw a roach in our room and another in the hallway during the last day of our stay.
