Looks and smells brand new, everything immaculate. Hope they can keep it up!

Great property, friendly staff.

My stay was amazing. Front the front desk staff being so welcoming to the support staff being friendly. We were greeted by the staff everyday. The services were top notch. The entire facility was so clean.

Best was very plain

I loved the place, it’s clean. Room was spacious. Breakfast was good with complimentary coffee 24 hours. Staff was amazing, they helpful.

This hotel had all one needs, cleanliness, comfort, and the kindest and nicest people working there.

Very run down property, room was clean, but in desperate need of update, and that is no limited to the room but the entire property as well. Wouldn’t stay there again

The only reason for a 4 starts is because we had issues with the A/C because it wasn’

Absolutely loved our stay! The service was outstanding, the rooms were spotless, and the location was perfect. Can’t wait to come back!

We were a little disappointed at the overall condition of this hotel. It was ok but quite worn looking, especially for a Marriott property. I can tell it gets lots of traffic being next to the interstate but it really could use a refresh. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good and the beds were very comfortable.

First assigned room had a squeaky box spring. Was given another room. Turned out good!

As soon as you open the door of the room there is an old and musty smell. It’s dated and dirty. The sheets weren’t changed, we had two beds and one of them was dirty. The toilet had something that looked like a little trace of poop and I was hoping for it to be a stain but as soon as I flushed it, it disappeared. The tub was dirty. When my husband went to grab a towel, the towel rack fell. The phone in the room didn’t work. The breakfast was pretty bad. Absolutely not worth the high price. Priced like the Ritz Carlton but for Red Roof Inn quality. The only positive thing was the girl at the front desk who was very nice.

This is not what I expected from a Marriott property in Naples. We were supposed to stay for 5 nights but left after 3 days. The staff was friendly but otherwise the place was outdated and musty. We were shown one room when we arrived but it smelled bad so we asked for a different room. They offered us a suite right by the front desk/breakfast area, which we declined. The 3rd suite seemed okay but was musty. The AC unit was old and loud and never stopped spewing damp air into the room. (The person in the bed next to it froze and the person furthest away sweated.) The carpet felt damp. The windows don’t open and the bathroom fan was on its last leg, so there’s no hope to air it out. The kicker was the screaming toilet: every time it flushed it emitted a high-pitched screeching sound like a tortured animal for 30 seconds. This place is something you might expect from a Motel 6, not from a place with a “wonderful” rating — and definitely not worth the price they were charging over the holidays. I reached out with these complaints to Marriott and was told that someone would get back to me but I never heard anything further.
