Was very clean

Stayed there on 4/24/25. Facility was super clean and quiet. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Our only issue was the complimentary breakfast was not up to standards even for complimentary. Coffee was also not the best in quality. If not for this we would have given the facility 5 stars.

Fan on heater conditioner ran all night even when turned off. Dog next door threw up all night. Continental breakfast worst I have ever encountered.

We loved our stay at Springhills Suites Pleasanton. The heated pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were super nice and very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Costco is right next door! 10/10 would reccomend!

Very lovely Staff and great breakfast.

The receptionist at the front desk was extremely friendly. The room itself was so nice and comfortable. The bathroom was so nice and clean too.

Pros: ~the place is clean and new looking ~free breakfast (we were told it starts at 7am instead of the posted start time of 6am); this was important because we had to leave by 7:30am and planned to eat earlier to leave on time); good selection of food ~friendly staff Cons: ~shower hardware was installed backwards. If you turn the handle all the way, the water stays COLD. If you turn the water to low, the water heats up. ~WIFI is SLOW. Webpages take forever to load if it actually works. ~TV not connected to internet. We had someone come up to our room to fix it. She unplugged and plugged it back in and it still didn't work. They offered to switch us to a different room but our little kids were literally in bed sleeping. They offered to try and fix it again in the morning but that's pointless since we're staying just the 1 night ~the door to the room is really difficult to unlock and open. It takes us multiple tries every time we try to get into our room ~multiple floor tiles in the bathroom has cracks and chipped corners

Comfortable and clean the breakfast is excellent

Room where very large but breakfast was was boring. Everything was cold

The only reason i am giving 4 stars is owing to lack of vegan options in the breakfast. We couldnt get wven regular bread and potatoes.
