Dirty room

Friendly staff, clean & spacious room

1. I was told that they do tax except.. When I got there I was informed that they dont. I am a government employee. 2. I get into the room everything looks good, but the toilet was nasty. There was hair everywhere. 3. Went to wash my dirty dishes in dishwasher. Not only did the dishwasher not work, there was dirty dishes inbthe dishwasher. It smelt horrible. I really wanted it to work out cause it was 5 minutes from my training facility. But im highly disappointed.

The late check in was a little different, but the staff was prompt and polite. The grounds were clean and orderly.

My family & I stayed here twice this past summer, that is how much we enjoyed it here. If I could've, I would've stayed there more than just 1 night each time. I have a teen boy and a 6 y/o girl, and after being cramped in the car all day from a road trip, it was nice for them to be able to have their own spaces. It was clean and spacious. The kitchenette was great and we loved having an actual freezer. I'm heading back out on the road in a few weeks & I will be staying there once again.

Stopped here for the night, very clean, friendly staff, and very comfortable accommodations. First time traveling with a pet, very pet friendly. Would definitely stay here again passing through Little Rock.

I was only there for one night but could easily have stayed longer. The room was clean and spacious. Great grassy area out back for walking dogs or just letting them sniff around. Super friendly staff.

The couch was comfortable enough to sleep on but it also pulled out into a bed. The bed in the bedroom was a very comfortable king and great pillows (5). Two TVs allowed kids to watch quietly while we slept in the bedroom. The kitchen was fully furnished with a knife to cut a watermelon, plenty of eating utensils, pans, plates, bowls, etc and had a dishwasher. Bar stools were comfortable as well. Very competitively priced room. Rebooked and same experience the next night. Was able to watch our YouTube account on the TV. It didn't have a swimming pool which was okay by us but may not be for other families. The shower worked IF you pulled down on the faucet head underneath the faucet. We didn't know that our first visit and the tub was too small for larger people in the 250lb plus range. Thankfully we had large cups 😉

Great place to stay! Very secure, rooms in excellent shape very clean well taken care of, beds very comfortable, sheet soft and towels were amazingly soft. Water got hot and stayed hot the whole time. Kitchen was great just very limited on dishes. And be careful with the pans food sticks bad. Wifi was great. Bedroom separate from kitchen and sitting area for privacy. Staff great in working with me on a late check in. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and large. I would stay here again.

My family and I attended the First Pentecostal Church of North Little Rock’s campmeeting and we decided to stay here for the week. It was very clean and had more than your usual hotel. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We had no complaints at all.

Overall, this property is a great place for any family looking to stay in the north Little Rock area! It’s affordable, has a grocery store within walking distance, and very close to Chenal shopping center. The staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. The rooms are a great size and the in-room kitchenette is stocked with the essentials. The absolute only complaint and reason I could not give the full five stars is that the cleaning service failed to clean the pull out sofa. This was a bit of an inconvenience, as one individual was supposed to sleep on it. However, in between the sofa cushions was left over crumbs and cereal, and the bed itself had a fitted sheet that was obviously dirty with noticeable stains. We were all family so we split the two queens but were disappointed that we had to. Everything else was pretty spotless; it just seemed like the sofa/sofa bed was forgotten about. Also, in our room, there was a gap between the door and the panel so a few flies kept getting in. Again, overall it is a great apartment style hotel that I would book again.

Great place, worked out really well and would definitely stay again. It was really nice to have a kitchen and living area.
