Great customer service

Great hotel and great staff!!! I wanted to stay an additional night, but had to book a different room through hotels.com for our 2nd night online. Staybridge was able to assist me with keeping my same room and for the same discounted rate. We were in town for a concert and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Get the room with kitchen suite, you will not regret it

The staff were so helpful and kind. The front desk attendant really made us feel at home. Wish every hotel was like this one. Very comfortable beds. Very clean.

The hotel was clean and updated. Daily breakfast was convenient and has several offerings. The location was ideal and close to many restaurants. A car is needed.

The hotel was really nie, roomy and clean. The only complaint I have is the hallway leading to room was hot with no AC, and the water pressure in shower was not good. Aside from that, everything was great! I'd stay here again!

Clean quiet peaceful

. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. It was very clean.

Basic hotel. Needs to be updated but affordable nestled amongst a bunch of hotels. Breakfast below average. Met out r needs of a place to stay but nothing special.

The stay was short but pleasant. The hotel was very convenient to the Bank of America Stadium where me and guest attended the GNX tour. Hotel and property was clean plus the kitchen was a good addition. Only downside was the loud dog barking in the mornings.

I am demanding a refund. We show up to the hotel and apparently there had been a power outage. So they could not issue us a room key. A couple of service reps had quit and left one girl working the hotel. She was trying to do everything between cleaning rooms, checking folks in, and escorting people to their rooms with a master key to let them in. we finally did get to our room after a long, wait and left to go eat dinner. When we returned, we could not even get into the lobby because nobody was working the service counter to let us in and we had no key to let ourselves in. Finally, another hotel customer showed up and let us into the lobby. Once in the lobby, there was no service rep to issue us our room key, and our belongings were stuck in our room for a long time. Finally, the service rep shows up because she had been cleaning rooms. We are finally back in our room, but still without a key. This is just a portion of the terrible experience. I won’t even mention how we were issued the wrong room at first and walked in on another family. Camya was the service rep and she was wonderful. But management at the hotel would not answer the phone and other branches in the Charlotte area hung up on us when we called to see what was going on. We are not typically ones to complain, but this may be the worst hotel experience of our lives. I would expect a reply and reimbursement for our current trip and some significant compensation.
