I would stay here again, but the staff has an attitude. So we booked here because it said it was pet friendly. Then upon doing the exchange with my son of our cats. So he could take home the cats to his house, the front desk girl rudely calls our room and says cats were not allowed. So I said we were only exchanging cars and that my son would be taking them to his house. Then again says there's a no cat policy and hangs up the phone. At which time I called back and asked her to please not be rude nor to hang up on me. We did walk the cats out to my son's car and asked her where did it say on their website about the no cats because the policy we saw was that Stay bridge was pet friendly and allowed pets under 50 lbs. No where did it state anything about a specific animal not being allowed. I would not have minded being told about the pet policy. However, it was the delivery of how the message was rudely conveyed. It was not appreciated especially when we are local and we frequent this hotel and the restaurants.

Side entrances are a bit confusing… maybe a bit more direction or signs would help to avoid getting stuck on the patio with heavy bags

Walking distance from the event we were attending, and also other stores and restaurants. The view is great and the pool and jacuzzi was a plus.

Good, spacious rooms with nice kitchenette setups. Clean facility with convenient outdoor areas for group gatherings. Friendly people and a pretty decent breakfast in the morning.

Simply Great Stay. Room is the best room I’ve ever stayed in. I appreciated the nice welcome at the front desk even showing up very late she was still very nice and friendly.

When I tell you I was highly impressed with hotel, believe me! the price is right and it’s soooo comfy!!

Newer hotel. Clean and comfortable

We loved all the space in the room and bathroom. It was great to have a full kitchen with all the supplies and large sofa with a desk. Just great for a family. Totally recommend to stay here!

The front desk ladies always seemed irritated. As someone who is also in hospitality, I understand that it’s not always the easiest job but it is your job. We stayed here for a soccer tournament and our team went for a swim after our game. We ended up finding human feces in the hot tub AND pool. We immediately notified the front desk a few times and there was absolutely no sense of urgency taken. I finally went to the front desk to express my concerns where I was told that someone was called to tend to the issue. We were in the pool area waiting for almost 20mins and we were the ones warning others not to enter. It wasn’t until I had to press it more that they finally came out to close down the pool. The lack of professionalism was very disappointing and we didn’t even get an apology. The only good thing about this hotel is the location to the fields and the surrounding area. The staff need major retraining. Very very disappointed.

The hotel is definitely a 5 star rating for service, cleanliness, overall comfort and spacious accommodations. Very happy customer and will return.
