I loved the bed. Very comfortable. Breakfast was great..

was pleasantly surprised at the hotel. Nice one bedroom unit. we stayed on the 1st floor the 1st night, the next day we asked it we could get moved up to a higher floor so we could have a balcony. No problem. They moved us. Great views.

Nice clean hotel, reasonable distance from the strip which made it quiet. Good breakfast but still disappointed with plastic plates and cutlery. Free drinks and food on social nights Monday to Wednesday from 17:30 to 19:00

It was a nice stay. Upon arrival we found dirty dishes in the dishwasher

Was great until one of the elevators stopped working and then the cook for breakfast didn't show up. So, three out of four days was good.

Property was good. Seamed to be a little under staffed but overall a good place to stay

Nice studio. Everything I needed. ( Precious) who is at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. Free breakfast up on 6th floor and appetizers/ social mtgs on week nights. Will stay again especially for GSMJI.

Amazing experience. The property is brand new. Great customer service, delicious breakfast, safe sureoundings and a cute pool! The views from balcony just transport you to a different world. Easy to get to Gattlinburg. Overall, it was very centrally located to all of the attractions.

We only reserved one night but the guy at check in was rude and short. Handed me my key and said there you go, didn’t tell me what floor we were on I had to ask him if it was the correct floor. Then we get into the room and although clean it smelled very strongly of antiseptic, like a hospital we had to open the doors to let it air out. The whole hotel actually had a very bad smell, except for the main lobby. Then the shower has to be the worst design, half of a glass shower door?! Water and soap was going all over the bathroom floor. And the pillows were the worst pillows I’ve ever slept on and I’ve stayed at multiple different hotels and air bnb’s. For a new hotel, and the price I expected way more.

Hotel was nice. Bed was comfy. The room was pretty big. They do offer breakfast, it was ok, not the best. The shower pressure could be stronger, but overall would stay again. Hotel smelled clean at all times.

I wish I could stay at this hotel every time I travel anywhere. Decor, room design, bed and bedding, breakfast on the roof with a mountain view. I didn’t see anything to improve upon.

Overall a nice place to stay. Our first room on the first floor was VERY musty and humid. We brought this to the attention of the staff and they accommodated us and found us a new room on a new floor. That room was in much better condition and led to a pleasant stay.

Perfect getaway for my little family. The suite/hotel is only a year old so very modern/up-to-date. Walking distance to the island in pigeon forge, but away enough where it’s not in the busy main road. Thanks StayBridge!

The staff is very professional.

Everything was amazing! The room was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The only thing that could be improved is refilling the cold bar during breakfast, especially the fruit and yogurt toppings. With so many guests coming in and out, it’s best to keep it stocked particularly right when breakfast first opens.
