This property is so terrible! Stayed 7 nights . No towels no trash emptied. For the whole 7 day’s! It actually made me sick. No one needs to stay there

Staff is simply amazing I will always choose this location

This hotel is not as nice as it was advertised. First of all before checking you in the front desk wants you to make sure the room was ok before they check you in. I went and inspected the room and the smoke detector was damaged and beeping. It was relatively clean on the surface but it smelled very strongly of smoke and mold. I reported this to the front desk and asked them to give me another room and they said they couldn’t because they were fully booked. They had maintenance go and check the smoke detector and I waited and he said that he had to replace it because it had been taken apart. When it was repaired my daughter and I checked in we only lasted an hour because when the bathroom light was turned on a strong moldy smoke smell came out. My daughter ended up having an asthma attack. When I reported it to the front desk they said that all rooms are smoke free and I said obviously this one was smoked in and damaged. They would not get me another room so I asked them to check me out and we left for another hotel. Don’t stay at this hotel.

Our stay has been awesome me my husband and our children have had a blast here!

Very quiet and relaxing srat

The room was very clean and temperature was good. And while that is important the stay was less than satisfactory. There were only 2 towels for 4 people. The TV did not work and they refused to open the swimming pool. We were told these were weather related problems but the local swimming pools were open (and we spent $18 to swim when we should have been able to use the motel pool.) The weather had been rainy but storms were not severe enough to knock out the Dish reception. We booked motel because it had a pool. While having a clean room is great, we expected the amenities we booked for to be available. Staff was very slow at check in and totally nonreponsive about our requests for the pool to be opened. Will definitely not book there again.

Decent value for price. Nevertheless room they gave us was total disaster! Dirty with Someone in the bathroom. So checked back with clerk. Who did not know. It was occupied??!!!! always check out room first esp at this location. However second room- very simple, good bed, full size fridge, good shower, and clean

Floors were dirty Room smelled damp and like mildew Curtains were falling apart Towels had hairs on all of them Shower curtain and shower were dirty All doors were dirty Thank God I didn’t see any bugs! Never again and do not recommend Front desk asked us if we wanted to see the room prior, even though we couldn’t get credit or refund back. Then why look at the room. Ridiculous!

The pool was very clean and kept up with & the rooms are very well kept up with

General manager was a huge help and the staff is great
