Studio 6 Fresno, CA - Extended Stay

To start this was the WORST place looking outside it looks like you want to run. Very misleading from the pictures on your site. The first room they gave us had so many flies inside and the bedspread had mold spots on it the size of quarters. Then the second room was even worse. There was no hot water no matter how long we let it run, microwave was rust and peeling on the inside, stove had no knobs to eve use it, refrigerator didn’t get cold and the freezer was only as cold as the refrigerator should have been. Holes in the blankets, broken furniture, and TV never worked, phone didn’t work so we couldn’t call the front desk. Walked down there and was told that the TV and phone would work after 10 mins which never happened and that he would call me on the phone that didn’t work to see if it was working yet. Was told to talk to the manager in the morning. That next morning got to speak to the manager who apologized then said he would give us 20% off on our next stay. I kindly told him we would NEVER stay there again. I have taken pictures of all of this.

Checked in the girl at the counter she never asked for a reservation overcharged.Told her it was the wrong room. She wanted to charge 100 extra.Got moved by management to a roach invested room. Got overcharged. Complained to manager about roach infested room. Was told to come to the office but the manager wasnt there and never came back.Worst stay at a hotel.

The hot tub was not working. The stove did not work told the staff they did not do anything and never got pots and pans, which would’ve not did me any good because the stove did not work

Friendly staff and clean motel rooms

I need a refund and haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone from Expedia. The hotel said I need to get a hold Expedia.

There were people playing loud music. People hanging out in the parking lot. Also, vagrants hanging out in the parking lot. And kids playing in the parking lot. I felt unsafe there.

This was the worst experience of my life. I should have canceled my reservation when the customer in front of me was checking out because of the bad smell in the room. Because we were so tired from our flight, we wanted to give it a chance and decided to take a nap. Before meeting up with family, when we woke up and turned the lights on, there were roaches everywhere, big and small. One was on my skin. Crawling, we packed our stuff and decided to leave. As we walked out of the room, we were hit with a bad smell. We wanted to check out, but the lady in the front refused to help us and stated that we had to come back in the morning to talk to the manager. We came back in the morning; the same guy that checked us in acted like he didn't remember us and refused to give us our refund, even though we watched him refund the couple that was in front of us when we checked in. Needs to say I'll not recommend this place to anyone.

I would like to request a refund and file a complaint for this property. This place is very unsafe. I have kids with me

We didn’t get past the front door. There were several types of bugs crawling around the wall near the front door. We left and couldn’t get a different room. We could not find a hotel room in Fresno for that night. People living at the hotel seemed nice and friendly but the hotel needs to fix the weather strip on the doors to keep the bugs out. The hotel as a lot of possibilities but sure looks like they didn’t care. The three point five star reviews are false. Check other rating systems. I was way too tired to really show what the place looked like with all the bugs. It was 1am Wisconsin time

It was good enough to come sleep. Looks like people live here so they’re a little comfortable and loud, but was just like watching TV trying to sleep.

Rooms were not clean. Property was not clean. 2 rooms. One of the HVAC units did not work. We were only there one night anyway, but I would not have stayed longer. Filthy.

We didn’t even stay as planned. The property was full of druggies and transients. We didn’t even go into the room before we cancelled. Sorry Hotel for the bad rap. We felt unsafe.

This property is awful towels wash cloths dirty we even went to go ask for more and we still got disgusting ones! The shower floor was dirty and yellow I had to wear my flip flops!!!!! I have pictures of everything

It was supposed to be smoke free room and it wasn’t the smell in room 145 was so bad I couldn’t sleep. The smell was thick in the pillows the next morning I asked if I could go to the store and spray the room down and they offered to do it for me and said they would give me new pillows. When I returned the evening the ac was turned on to 61 degrees and no new pillows as promised and couldn’t tell if they sprayed any air neutralizes. Well I only have more more night I thought and I’m out of here but I wake up at 3 in the morning coughing and needing to go to the bathroom turn the light on and cockroaches scattered. I turned the light off grab my phone and do it again and yep! More cockroaches! I was trying t figure out why in the whole room there was only 1 small trash can in the bathroom and it’s probably because they know there was cockroaches. I can no longer sleep! I wait for my husband to get up we check out early and I showed them the photo and video and I get “I’ll talk to the manger and let him know. You ca email him if you want”. Its a dump don’t let the photos fool you.

There was like 12 roaches all over the beds I thought I was sleeping with them
