This was the worst hotel. Roaches everywhere ! Smelled like stale cigarettes. We had no blankets only sheets. No towels no rags had to ask the staff for some. Mold on ac unit. Unsafe unclean just terrible experience if I would have known that I would have spent the extra money to stay at a better hotel.

WARNING**** THIS HOTEL IS THE WORST I'VE EVERY STAY IN. THE BATHROOMS ARE HAVE MOLD THROUGHOUT THE BATHTUB, I SWITCHED TO THREE DIFFERENT ROOMS AND STILL THE SAME, I GOT SICK FROM THE MOLD AND GERMS. THE LINENS ARE LIMITED AND NASTY, THESE ROOMS NEED COMPLETE RENOVATIONS, OLD APPLIANCES, FLOORS ARE NOT CLEANED GOOD. i MOVED THREE TIMES AND ALL THREE ROOMS HAD MAJOR ISSUES. THEY ALSO CONVINCE THAT IF YOU WANT TO WRITE A GOOD REVIEW, THEN THEY WILL WAIVE THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. NOT WORTH IT...MOST OF THE ROOMS I NOTICED ARE BEING RENTED TO HOMELESS OR LOW INCOME PEOPLE. AND THEY ARE BEING OVER CHARGED AS WELL. FRONT DESK ATTENDANT IS HORRIBLE, AND HARD TO GET A HOLD OF. THE PHONES ARE RINGING AND NOT ANSWER. PLEASE DONT SUPPORT THIS MANAGEMENT IN WEST PALM HOTEL. Checked in here last minute lots of parking, nice beds, has lots of potential to be good… I will not recommend long term stay. We didn’t feel safe, the latch on our door was broken, the unit beside us was trash completely..

The property is conveniently located to major highways and major roads Shopping is nearby. The hotel itself is dated. They try to refurbish the rooms but it was a very untidy job. Paint fell on the shower mixture in the bathroom etc,

My stay there was TERRIBLE free first night there into waking up in the morning to a pink eye because of the dirty pillow case was absurd to then seeing cockroaches in the room and not one time did anyone come and ask to clean the room on top of that same day was NOT allowed to get out of the hotel because of a hostage situation for HOURS blocked us in and would not let us out I felt as if I was the one kidnapped just without being trapped in a room . Worth experience I’ve ever been in . Will never come back to this place again

I booked this property to see my kids. And have a day at the ball game. When we got there, we were already skeptical, but my wife had to go to the bathroom. After our evening at the ball game and dinner we went back. It smelled horrible, The bathroom was disgusting. And I found cockroaches on the floor. I then asked for a refund because we checked out the same night when we got back and all I wanted back was my deposit. This place was a dump. Going back to my Hilton.

Check-in was great. However the room was horrible. I reserved 1 queen bed but got a room with 2 doubles (those were not queen beds). There was obviously a leak and thw roof was patched horribly.
The bathroom!!!!!!
The bathroom was horrible. How they called that even slightly clean is beyond me. That bathroom needs to be gutted or resurfaced because that should not look like that. The bathroom door needs to be replaced as there are screws on the back to keep the panels together. The floor looked as though it was mopped with dirty water and thw air in the room is very damp and funky. The ac unit needs to be cleaned as you see a lot of diet build up and probably needs a filter change. The curtain needs to be longer as you can see a bit imsode from outside. The door to enter the room is very dirty as were the other room doors.
It was a horrible stay overall and I will not ne staying there again. Only stayed because we were too tired to drive anymore.
