Suburban Studios Cleveland TN I-75

Like many budget motels near highway exits, the facilities were very basic and the room was not in great condition. However, the bedding was relatively clean. Breakfast was not provided, and compared to similar motels, the price was a bit high.

Great Hotel. Excellent,Top Notch staff the best customer service in the business. Clean,comfortable, and most of all affordable. Will be back

Filthy and disgusting. Mold in shower stall ceiling was patched poorly, floor was dirty and an electrical outlet was hanging out of the wall and wires lose a fire hazard.

Safe and fairly clean place to stay for 50 to 60 dollar range, I would not stay there for more money. I would stay there again when I need a budget friendly motel

Hotel is not clean our sheets had stains and burn holes. Room smelled like cigarettes and really sketchy area.

I would want to know normal amenities are not provided. Must bring your own cups. Basically your normal needs.

I had a wonderful time. I was a little busy but the clean crew came everyday around 9. One checked on me and knocked on the door making sure I was OK. I appreciated the extra care. The night and morning staff were nice and had friendly. Parking was easy. The room came with a stove and almost full size fridge. I really loved the extra sink. I had a really good time. The place smells good inside and outside. Sheets and yowels were white and clean. I always need extra towels.

The smoke alarm was beeping and instead of them coming to replace the battery they instructed me to do it. It still wouldn’t stop and I had to practically rip it off the wall myself. This was clean and just a no frills type motel. Left after one evening bc I just didn’t feel very safe there alone.

We booked a king bed, got 2 queens. There were roaches. The bathroom faucet was loose in the bathtub. Peeling paint everywhere. Beds were uncomfortable. We had a nonsmoking room and it reeked of cigarettes. The window unit AC could have been kicked in. The door didn’t close all the way to the outside. Worst stay for us ever. If you like motel 6s, this is the place for you.

Upon arrival, we immediately started seeing roaches. The first scan of the room revealed 5 or 6. We told the front desk about the situation and they replied that they were not aware of any bug problems. They did offer to move us to another room but we declined. The overall condition of the first room led us to believe we would have the same issue with any room, and we weren't planning on spending much time in the room anyway. Over the course of two and a half days we killed between 20-30 roaches and a few spiders. Noise isn't really a problem for us, but be aware that the property is located in the corner of two busy streets so if noise is an issue for you, you might want to book elsewhere. If they remedy the bug problem, this would be a nice cheap place to sleep for a night while traveling, but i definitely wouldn't recommend it if you are staying in town for multiple days.

When we arrived in the room, we noticed a whole series of doors in the room that weren’t pictured on the Expedia website. All rooms open into each other. Additionally, there was a “vent” at an unusually short height in the bathroom… it’s at chest level, INSIDE THE SHOWER. This seems like it’s a swinger’s paradise or a place where people set up cameras in the showers to sell the vids. We were creeped out all night, especially when we saw the giant liquid stain on the chair in the room. Stay elsewhere, unless you want someone to catch a shower scene of you on Pornhub.

WARNING assistant manage will steal your deposit and make unfounded accusations to do so. Also, the ceiling in the bathroom was pouring dirty water into the commode as I sat there. Management refused to give a refund for our last night. DO NOT STAY HERE

It was a lot nicer then I thought it would be
