I would like to say this is my favorite hotel.
The shops and eateries are convenient, clean.
the casino was rather smoky this trip?
the room was not clean! It had dust everywhere and there was remnants of soap on side of tub, the tub surface was very slippery.

We enjoyed the Casino and restaurants. It was a little noisy late at night. Noise one night from the room next door and one night from people partying in the hallway

Front desk was busy and rude. The first cashier didn’t accept cash. Was asked multiple times during my stay if I was staying at the hotel and to show key.
Oh and beware of resort fees not included in hotel.com prices.

I was told a room to go to and it was not correct. I scared a woman and her small child by trying to get into the room. I called fromt desk they gave me the right room but didnt seem to care. Only one of the two room keys worked at any given time and went to fromt desk got new key still dismt work. They did not seem to really care about our inconvinience.

The main restaurant always had a wait time to get in even when only half full. The bathroom had no exhaust fan or hand rails in the shower. Base boards and behind things not the cleanest and the distance from check in to the room was a long long way. All in all not a terrible place. Very interesting and entertaining. Will return.

There for work , clean and comfortable. Great restaurants, multiple choices.the only negative is prepare for a hike. Parking garage is a real distance to check in and a distance from check-in to elevators for the rooms.

Functional service in the lobby/restaurant areas, etc; but non-functional in the room on the 21st floor…and Staff did not seem to care.
Bathroom supplies of body wash is
minimalistic…
Breakfast restaurant under staffed.
