Super 8 by Wyndham Auburn

The staff at the front desk were polite, kind and helpful. I felt the customer service was excellent but the property itself wasn’t great.

We checked in at midnight. Bed looked dirty. Boogers on the shower walls. No towels at all. Used soap bar left in the shower. Won’t go back.

Good location with plces to eat nearby. Had a brand new gigantic tub/shower. Only complaints are that the floor was coming apart and tiles in vanity as well.

Power outlet for TV was bad (dangerous). Also once plugged in to one that worked, there was no signal. Was moved to another room. Front door of that room had at least a 1" gap. Also two cracks in ceiling going across the entire width of the room.

Our daughter and her husband and grandchild had bed bugs ib theur room and had to leave. The aircobditiober was noisey and not cean and made my husbandvand i sick.

I had a group of 5 and we only had 2 queen beds. While it was nice they let us all stay in one room, they had no roll a way beds for the 5th person. They did give us blankets for that person to sleep on.

The staff was very polite. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable too. It was quiet as well.

This is a wonderful motel. Clean, comfortable, pet friendly with lovely grass areas for pets. We had the most beautiful view of the natural rocks out our front window, When we had family come for a visit, the staff brought extra chairs quickly. We had housekeeping every day, something that disappeared over the last few years. Very open spaces with plenty of parking.

Cleanliness could have greatly improved. We did not feel confortable sleeping in the room.

Noisy refrigerator, loud guests up early taking calls outside our room. Rooms are old and tired.

Easy access

The hotel is tired and run down. The walls are patched touched up poorly. The furniture could use some refreshing or replacing. Everything is just dingy and not as the pictures made it seem. Coverlet on bed has burn holes and stains. I won't book again.

The only thing that kept it from overall excellent was there was a little bit of mold in the shower

This properties page on hotels.com app is deceiving. The pictures make this place look a lot better than it actually is. But there is more then that. Ill get to that. Our room was old and drabby with the smell of smoke. Our bathroom sink didn't have a working drain. The shower also didnt have a working drain. There was also barely any water pressure. After I showered I called the front desk and told them about the condition of the room and that I was staying another night. I asked since I was staying another night would we be able to move into a room that had functioning bathroom sink and shower. I was told that the water pressure isnt strong and that maintenance could come to our room in an hour or so. I was also told they were fully booked and we couldn't be switched to another room. I had my 8 year old daughter with me and didn't feel like having maintenance come at any time in the evening while we were getting ready for bedtime. The other form of deception on the hotels.com page is that it says the offer a free breakfast. They do not iff a free breakfast. They offered coffee juice and apples. Ive stayed at hotels that didn't list breakfast as an accomodations that offered those things. If youre expecting breakfast you will be disappointed so just be prepared to bring your own or grab something near by. Overall it was an uncomfortable stay that I feel should have been comped but I didn't want to deal with that when I had my daughter with me.

We couldn't get the TV to work the next day they came worked on the controller or something and we could change the stations but we couldn't see the index or itinerary what else was playing completely unsatisfactory

I wouldn’t recommend to stay here . T.V didn’t work the continental breakfast is not worth it . Outside noisy and the sheets had cigarette burns . Looks nice in pictures and the stars it has should be lower this place is not worth the stay I regret staying here . Hope this helps others when deciding.

Clean, quiet and a reasonable rate

Everything was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

After driving eight hours, I needed to go to sleep. First off, this place is lacking with maintenance. Judging by appearance, most repairs were done by untrained people. In my room, I had only one available plug for my use before having to unplug lights, fridge, micro. The do not disturb hanger was filthy/sticky. Walls were paper thin, drunks fighting on one side, other side began there amorous activities at 11pm, both finishing at 2am.
