It was a nice stay and I did enjoy the comfortable bed. The rooms were not the cleanest. The property was poorly maintained, full trash bins. Not a bad experience but the place could use some upkeep.

My experience was very bad, the rooms had a bad smell, the bathroom was dirty, the bathtub was full of mold, that's when I arrived at the room they gave me, they gave me another one that had people, the keys to the rooms don't even work, the pool is green, and they say on their website that it has everything they offer, the breakfast is just bread and coffee. I would not recommend that hotel at all and I would not stay in one of them again because for me they are very dirty and you are paying money, it is not free.

This room and hotel were one of the worse stays or experience I had. Upon check-in I immediately asked for another room because of the condition. The tub was peeling badly with visible mold underneath. We saw three roaches appear in disappear within a span of 10 mins. After seeing the second room with a worst condition, I asked for a refund. I was told to leave the room and wait for a decision in the morning. Never got in contact with the manager. The night clerk said the manager would be there in the morning. When I returned in the morning, I was told the manager wouldn't be back for two weeks. I was given a card to contact the manager however it was the number to the hotel. Which would not be of use if he isn't there.

The room was filthy. We begged for them to clean it for two days. The final straw was when we seen that the pool was a green swamp. They refused to any of the money we payed for the four nights we booked, However Expedia customer service stepped up and paid for the next hotel stay. Thanks Expedia!!! You guys saved my vacation.

I wouldn’t recommend nobody staying here . I wanted to look at the room because I have small kids and it was very nasty had dead bugs and cracks all in the tub then I went to another hotel and they still charged me for one night when I didn’t even stay there the staff lady went and messed up the room as if I stayed the night there I would never book with them ever again and the pictures they’re advertising is not what the hotel looked like !!!!

DISGUSTING. Cockroaches. Mold. Smell of wet carpet and marijuana. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and didn’t even stay for the first night. We left and booked another hotel nearby for our trip. Staff tried to offer two other rooms and was very nice, but those rooms were equally nasty and disgusting. We have a child that has allergies and couldn’t risk an allergic reaction to such filth.

There were burn holes in the bedspread, a green stain on the blanket and hair in the sheets. If painting the fiberglass tub surround was an improvement, I'd hate to see what it looked like before. The paint was peeling, mold on the ceiling, particle board bubbling by the sink and it smelled like smoke. When I called to check availability, she told me $20 more than the online price. Maybe that was for a better room. For breakfast there was Frosted Flakes or Fruit Loops, Grandma's Cookies, coffee and orange juice. The bar in the parking lot liked to be the most appealing part of the property.

The property was dirty there was nothing nice about it. I got up I asked what time breakfast was they told me. I got downstairs with my grandson there was a container of stale cereal. When I asked the first I'm working there he said there's a breakfast that in a loaf of open bread. There was no sweetener for the coffee. I had dirty sheets when we pull the covers back only one lady working there and she had to call cleaning service to find the key which took about an hour then she had to get in the car with us and drive to the other side of the building. Could not even change the blankets because I didn't have any thank goodness we had bought some. I would have just went home but it was my grandchildren's birthday they share the same day and we had weekend tickets to six flags. This was the most disappointing stay up everything anywhere. The heater didn't even work. The bathroom was dirty. When you see the pictures online there is nothing that looks the same. I feel like it is false advertisement if you order breakfast and it looks absolutely nothing like it did. You have a dirty bed and heater doesn't work

Definitely would not recommend. Room was dirty. Sheets were stained, paint peeling tile chipped. complimentary breakfast consisted of half a loaf of bread and cereal, and that's it, one of the worst hotels ever
