The staff here are amazing they cant do enough for you.They even had a bucket of cleaner and a windshield squeegee outside the front door to clean your windshield!!!I never saw that at any other place. Hotel itself is comfortable but could use a renovation but everything works.Great value for the money

Casper is a blue collar oil town. Not the cleanest, classiest place. Super 8 is not known for its high class either but this little hotel is a pleasant surprise. The hostess Debbie is a gem. This place is now my favorite stop when traveling through WYm

When I reserved the room, I reserved a Queen bed. When we went to our room the bed was a douible bed. We told the lady at the front desk and she told me that is what we reserved. I showed her my confirmation that said we reserved a queen bed. She acted like she didn't want us to have a queen bed.

Sometimes you don’t know what you will get when you purposely book one of the cheapest room available. The room and facilities are nothing to write home about (as expected), but the service staff were phenomenal. Everyone was friendly, down to earth, and eager to help. I got a quiet nights sleep, and caught a 15 fish on the Gray Reef the next morning.

The staff was highlight of the visit. Tried to accommodate when they found out that the room was dirty and we had a cold shower in pm and am, but paid online so unable to make changes.

Staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean. There was popcorn, crackers and cheese to snack on in the evening. For price a good hotel
CON-Road to hotel had large pot holes. I was on a motorcycle and had to dodge them. Even in a car you would need to dodge. Not sure who is responsible but it needs to be taken care of.

Bathroom tub/shower was old and dirty. I found hair (no mine) on bathroom floor and the tub needed to be scrubbed in the "seam" areas where it's mildewed. Carpet was not vac'd and dust on the furniture was obvious.
Bedding was clean and it's very quiet there but hard to find and parking lot needed a lot of work (potholes, etc)

There was no hot water, hair in the shower, toilet runs and the sink doesn't drain. Beds are hard. Expedia, please give us a refund because Super 8 says they can't because we booked through you.

Good location and great staff. Building and rooms are dated, and could probably use slightly better cleaning but still a good value for the price. Breakfast is very basic but the staff does a great job to keep it moving.

First floor rooms or basement rooms were musty air conditioner needed surface barely cooled the room. The front desk staff was wonderful showed great hospitality.
