Super 8 by Wyndham Eagle Pass

Check in was good and was I entered the room I noticed it was warm so I lowered the temp and left to the casino and came back that night and it was hot it never cooled. Room 262 has a bad AC.

We were told there was parking for a tractor trailer with a trailer 10 ft outside it was not true unable to park so did not stay for the night

There was alot of ants in bathroom area and towels .dirty floors and hairs in shower.bad odors

Stayed here because they had pet rooms and price was decent. The room had only 1 set of towels and the toilet was leaking all over the floor. I informed the front desk and was told housekeeping and maintenance would be notified. I left the hotel for a few hours and came back...still no more towels and water everywhere. I should have asked for another room. Instead i asked for more towels and was told to come get them becausethere'sno housekeeping. I was given one towel and tokd that's all they had. What kind of hotel gives one set of towels for a room that can occupy 4 people? Aside from that, this place is SO dirty. Dust and junk behind the dresser. Bathroom floor had dirty shoe prints and obvious dirt all over it. Can't see the dirt on the rest of the hotel room floor but after walking around for a short time in bare feet my feet were black. I had to wash them twice before getting into bed because they were so disgusting from the dirty floors. My blanket had what looks like blood stains on it, the other bed had stained sheets. The one handtowel in the bathroom that we were given had burs on it, the kind that stick to everything and hurt when touched. I pulled 5 long hairs off the same towel. I didn't even bother checking out the pool because if the rooms are this bad i don't want to know what's growing in the pool. I'm blown away by the 10 star reviews rating this hotel as clean. The only good thing I can say about it is the front desk staff who checked us in was polite.

They should have more variety of breakfast..

Baby crib and infant beds are advertised however we were told upon check in they did not. We arrived late so were unable to look elsewhere.

Overall, property is in a safe and convenient location.

It was cold in these hot summer temperatures.

No remote. Phone not working. Bed too small. Hot in the room.

The AC unit in my room wasn’t functioning properly. I checked in and the unit was set to 75. Upon leaving I readjusted the temperature to 68 expecting the room to be cooler. That didn’t happen. As the night progressed I had to turn the thermostat down to 61 BUT the unit didn’t cool the room as expected. I was saddened by this.

Overall it was ok and convenient for the price. Breakfast coffee was great.

I personnaly called a week prior to my stay and requested room 119, I was told very nicely that she could do that and she would write it down. Very polite it was a morning call. When we arrived in the afternoon I told the gentlemen we requested room 119 a week prior and he said it was not available it had been booked. My husband saw 119 on the card luckly they had another room 107 available but you could tell he knew something was wrong.......other than that we love staying at the super8 in Eagle Pass, friendly clean rooms

Stay was great for a one-night stay. All was up to par except the bed was a little hard, breakfast was welcomed surprise, but stay was what I needed.

It was very good. Had a problem with coca cola soda water machine. It looked old and when we bought the drink, bottle was half full. Reported it to the front office and were told to report it to the Coca cola company. That's not good! We were there for one day. It's on your property, it's your responsibility. Sounds petty, but not a good answer. Other than that everything good.
