The lady working the front desk was very friendly. We were stopoing for the night to get out of a nightmare snow storm and she made check in a breeze. The room was very clean and comfortable

The front desk staff was very nice, the room was VERY clean. The only problem I had was that this is a pet friendly hotel which I knew in advance, but I received a text, not from the hotel, that said pets were not allowed. This text arrived the night before my stay and it upset me. We brought our dog and had no problems on arrival.

A very friendly and helpful greeting at check-in…but then…a RFID room lock that didn’t work properly, a lamp shade that was broken and fell off when the light was first turned on, and. TV the was inoperable ( later found the power cord had become detached from the back of the television. The “breakfast” amounted to self service coffee, an assortment of granola bars, mini-muffins, and packets of oatmeal.
Bottom line, it gave us a place to lay our heads for a few ski days at Steamboat. That said we would likely look for a hotel in Craig, CO for our next stay.

Room 208: Shower handle was stripped so we couldn't shower. Heater was either on or off. Thermostat didn't matter so we eventually just had to turn the heater off as the room was too hot. The employee (from Georgia?) was great. Continental breakfast was pathetic. No cereal. No milk. No bread or toaster.

The hotel and room were clean. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn’t the best was how you could hear a relatively low volume TV in another room and the footsteps of those above you. Things did quiet down after 10pm. Everything else fit our needs perfectly.
