Good price and very good for 1/2 night stays

Overall HORRIBLE. Room smelled of old wet carpet shampoo, deadbolt on door was broken, security door NOT locked - even after we informed front desk, attendant could not provide a simple bottle opener, toilet seat dangerously loose, AC unit was utterly filthy & malfunctioned..to mention a few points - other than that, we survived ok.

this is it. they let me check in early. nice people. no frills!

I stay at this location frequently on business travel. A great place to stay for the price. Not upscale or new but clean rooms and great staff.

Advertised itself as pet friendly, but not every room was designated for pets. The AC was difficult to use so I slept poorly.

The check-in was nice. Although i had a non-smoking room it stll smelled smokey. The hallways smelled like smoke. I had to put towels under the door to keep the smell from seeping in. The room was clean and very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

The room rate fit the the location.

Adequate for a quick, affordable stay.

Room still had coffee in coffee maker and time on the microwave. Not very clean

The hotel could use some renovations. The staff was friendly and most important, our room was clean. It was a last minute stay in our travel schedule and for a very affordable price we got a clean comfortable room. We were traveling with a dog and were happy to find a place at the last minute that could accommodate us.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 out of 5) Average stay – not bad, but disappointing staff experience The hotel is generally okay for a short stay. The room and carpet had a noticeable cigarette smell even though it was a non-smoking room. The building is quite old, with visible cracks and damage on the furniture, door, and light switches. The biggest issue was with a breakfast staff member. I arrived at 9:25 AM (breakfast ends at 9:30), and she rushed me in an unfriendly way. After I finished eating, I forgot to clear my tray, and she stared at me and complained quite harshly. I apologized, but the tone was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. What made me feel worse was seeing another (Western) guest come in shortly after — and she said nothing to him. It made me wonder if I was treated differently because I’m Asian. Would I stay again? Maybe — if it’s just for a quick overnight stop. Recommended for: Solo travelers with low expectations. Not ideal for: Families or those expecting warm service.

I actually went to another super 8 in the area the next day and it was not the same. Austintown was comfortably clean (not spotless) but it was definitely somewhere I didn’t mind resting my head for a night.

I was surprised at how clean and nice tgis place was..got there late (10pm) and stayed till morning so wasnt there long enough to enjoy it. I

Nice quiet and clean, well priced hotel.

Hotel was easy to find. Parking was close and easily accessed and well lit. The staff was curtious and helpful. A nice place to rest for the night (clean, comfortable and well priced).

It was fine. The room was clean but smelled like cigarettes even though I had a non-smoking room. Get what you pay for.
