SureStay Plus by Best Western Mobile I-65

Hotel was nice, large room, great AC in 100 degree temp, great shower, good bed but room had no towels available til morning, had popcorn, fake fingernails and an earring on the carpet. Also pillowcases had hair and make up on 2 of them. Could be a nice place with better attention.

Need a few little touch ups the stay was comfortable wasn't sure I they were short of housekeeping

So, obviously not the highest end place. For for a mid 60’s a night fee, I had a decent bed, relatively clean place, and the girl at check-in was friendly. You don’t stay in lower end hotels and expect a 5* stay. It was exactly what I paid for and I was satisfied.

The carpet smells like fabulouso and mildew. The room very clean I did have a bad experience someone was in my room I got another room

Service up The frame was, it's not under the time that we got there. We had to move to another room after being told to leave and come back and check-in time, that would be ready. No alarm clock, no phone in the room. There was water on the sheets when we got there to run that changes too. And then um We had to ask for them to come and remove them and reducing them.I would never stay there again.It really soaked I would really love to have a refund

The place was disgusting!!! The room had big roaches, smelled bad, the TV didnt work and i didnt feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot. Never again!!! The only thing was thw lady in the front was nice.

The worst ever, the floors were dirty and sticky, the hallways stank and the trash cans were over flowing, the, the waffle machine was empty the juice machine was empty, they were out of towels and the bed looked like it was to recently used, the customer service sucks the manager at the front desk was rude

The room was damp and smell damp, only 1 wash cloth for 2 people, Kleenex box was empty, no bath mat for the floor. Would not recommend.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay. Upon checking into my room, I discovered a roach infestation, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the continental breakfast that was advertised was not provided, which added to the inconvenience. To make matters worse, I had to switch rooms due to these issues, and I experienced difficulty gaining access to my new room, causing further frustration. I hope you take these concerns seriously and address them appropriately. I would appreciate a response and some form of compensation for the inconvenience.

I had no shower curtain, no comforter, remote don’t work, I had to get new keys every day, and the entire place was dirty and stinky.

This was a last minute booking when my planed reservation at another hotel fell through. The guy at the desk was good, and the A/C worked really well, but the property need good cleaning, the glass around the rear door had been broken in multiple places, and the hall ways smelled heavily of weed.

They Kept my deposit for something I didn’t do. for smoke alarm being taking down when it was down when I first got the room.

What can I say about this hotel. It boasts a certain "charm". From the television where the remote control is optional and you have to request one at the front desk, only to enjoy the soft gentle hum of no signal on the actual TV. But if you squint and turn the sound off, you can pretend you're looking out a window at a snowstorm. And if that doesn't do it for you, you can sleep easily knowing that the smoke detector is plugged in, and you can tell because it's hanging from the ceiling by its wires. Then relax and it's inviting lavatory, but be warned there's only one roll of toilet paper, and extras cost more. The perfect getaway for the young couple looking to end it all

Good place to stay on a budget!

No cover on the bed. Only a sheet. I requested a blanket or cover but never received one.

Everyone one that worked was friendly and nice.

Room 131 was a non smoking area but it wasn't form the looks of it.
