The house itself is good but the parking is ridiculous. This is a 2 story house and the rent the bottom floor and the top floor separately. You each have your own entrances to the house but both parties share the driveway. This caused issues because someone was always blocking the other renters car in. Your not allowed to park on the street so you just have to hope the other renters are willing to move their cars all the time so you can get out of the driveway
