We had a great stay here. Good location, great staff, comfortable bed. It’s an older hotel so it has some charm but our room was updated.

We had a great stay! Our first room was great but the AC went out in that room midway through the stay. Ronnie at the front desk was extremely helpful and quickly moved us to an upgraded room for the remainder of the stay. The accommodations in both rooms were fantastic - very comfortable bed. The bathroom was incredible with a nice soaking tub. The coffee in the coffee shop downstairs is excellent. Ronnie, Michael, and Wash at valet were all very friendly and courteous. We will definitely be back!

This stay has been amazing. The rooms are clean and bright. The staff are all very friendly! The staff at Kidd Co and Mavericks are beyond amazing! There are not enough stars for how much we enjoyed hanging out with the staff at Mavericks

We booked a room that specifically featured a separate tub and walk-in shower, as shown in the booking photos, and paid a higher rate for that amenity. Instead, we were placed in a dated room with a standard tub/shower combo. The overall condition didn’t reflect what was advertised — the sink faucet knob was broken, the toilet ran continuously after flushing it, and there were visible crumbs on the couch. Since we were only staying one night and had dinner plans, I didn’t raise the issue with staff at the time.
The worst part of our stay, however, was the overwhelming noise. There was a constant, disruptive level of loud and obnoxious people on our floor that made it nearly impossible to relax or sleep— something I’ve never experienced to this degree at a hotel. While the location was convenient to nearby restaurants and the staff was friendly, the experience did not justify the $400/night price tag.

The Cincinnatian is a lovely hotel in a great area of downtown Cincinnati. It has old charm, staff with friendly service, and well maintained rooms and facilities. There is a great coffee shop on the first floor, and there is also a restaurant, though it was unexpectedly closed the evening we attempted to go. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily visit again if we return to Cincinnati.

Won't ever do this hotel again. Hard to find. No signage. Room not ready. Changed rooms. Unsafe after dark. The biulding seriously moaned...have to pay tip to get car out of valet parking afyer pating $42 to park there. The bar in the hotel served food that was wrong and was told phillipones work here they dont understand. Horrible... sray anywhere else

The building is great and Ronnie at the front desk made the whole experience worthwhile, but there was no hot water and my bathroom door was broken. The rooms and hallways are rough around the edges. With water damage on the ceiling. Feels like they put more effort into the lobby. Even the front door is full of cobwebs. But, it's an interesting historical building. I think they will need a lot of money to get it up to the standard it should be. Seems like they are understaffed as well.

James was amazing! It was 2:30am when I got to the hotel. I was exhausted and alone. I called and told him I was on the way, I got lost on the way. He answered the phone every time and helped me find my way to the hotel. I just can't thank him enough for his kindness! Also your valet drivers are excellent! Every single one of them, but the was a young black eoman-and she was phenomenal! She met me with an umbrella, patiently waited for me to get out of the car. I just appreciated her kindness so much as well as Matthew and Patrick!
