Great hotel, our suite was really big with a sizable balcony. Lyft/uber pickup and drop off was also very easy from the main hotel lobby. Good central location to the main strip.

I disappointed with the hair dryer in my room.
It was small and noisy, so I need a long time to dry my daughters hair.
Considering the price, it's really hard to understand why they provide such a cheap one.
Also, I need to point out the attitude of the front desk staff.
When I talked to her at my checkout, I recognized that she was not actually listening to me.
Instead, she said I need to visit the hotel website to provide my review.
And finally, I found that the hotel does not publicly list a direct customer service email address.
Therefore, I find it difficult to recommend this hotel at this price.

This hotel is trendy and fun! Definitely a place for people looking to have a good time. We enjoyed staying here and will stay here again. The hotel is clean and nice. The food we ate inside hotel was great. We really enjoyed the pools.

We absolutely love this hotel but nothing worse then paying for a wrap around terrace suite with balcony and not having a view. Huge disappointment. If they try to give you 1582 in the Chelsea tower, decline it.

The hotel's terrace offered a spectacular panoramic view of the Las Vegas Strip at night, including the Bellagio fountains, which was particularly impressive. Although the spacious and elegantly appointed guest room was exceptional, the somewhat disorganized and dimly lit ambiance of the hotel detracted from the overall experience.
