I booked a solo trip for a fews days. I felt safe, as there were security present at all times. It felt like I was at a mini resort. They offer food, drinks, and hookah. This hotel was in the perfect location, 5 min walk to the beach and the shopping strip. The room in the Davis building was nice, spacious, and clean. The room came with a safe, mini fridge, and keurig.
I will be booking again!

I absolutely loved this hotel. So clean and has that Miami chic feel to it! An amazing location and so convenient the self check in and check out.

Photos were cropped and saturated in a way that made the property look much newer and more luxurious than it actually was. Furniture in common areas seemed worn and dirty, old building, people slamming doors and neighbors stomping around above us, weird overpowering citrus scent in all the hallways and AC and elevator were broken.

There were 6 of us staying in the room and we had 3 towels. We requested more, but never got any. We did go to the lobby and get our own. Cans of soda were $5 a piece. Walk across the street to the store, much cheaper. Great location. Walking distance to stores, shops and beach. Not worth the money.

Wonderful hotel property. Perfectly situated to walk to Miami Beach, get to the Port of Miami and arrive from the Airport. The buildings are off the street and QUIET! This is a “noisy” area of Miami Beach but you wouldn’t know it from the tranquility of the buildings. We stayed in the Taft Building. Loved it! Great price. Very comfortable. Easy check-in and the ability to pay a little extra to check out late. This worked great for us as we were leaving on a cruise and our embarkation arrival time wasn’t until 4 pm. The room was very comfortable and perfect for an overnight or longer stay. The bed and linens were VERY comfortable and I’m all about nice bedding!

The hotel is in super location.
Great amenities.
The rooms are basic and small but have everything you need.
Over the hotel is good.
However, some other guests ruined our stay.
They were noisy every night for almost 2hrs at a time starting at 3am.
Shouting in the hallways, their rooms with ongoing banging.
Something definitely to consider next time we book.

Nice concept (four historical buildings grouped into a small campus with a shared pool) and great location. Our room had an apparent water leak in the ceiling, which simply had to be worked around during our very short stay. But otherwise it was fine.

Close walk to everything including the beach. The pool is a good mix between sunny and shady. Rooms are decent size. Roku on tvs. Clean. Has a restaurant and cafe on property with both great service and good prices.

The hotel was nice and 2 blocks from the beach. We got off the cruise ship around 9am and got to the hotel pretty quickly. Check-in is at 4pm but I had paid additional to get a 1pm check-in. It was pretty tiring and long day for us. I just wished they would let us in when the room was done but they waited until 1pm. That's the only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars. Given that check-out is at 11am. I think the hotel should do better to accommodate those who pay for early check-in. Surely, by 12pm, they should have a few clean rooms. Why make the customer wait.
