This place was exactly like the pictures.. Cute and clean!! I would definitely suggest this place to my family and friends.. It feels like a secret hidden Gem!! And it was super easy to use this app to set it up. It was my first time. I would definitely stay here again!!

We just returned from a three day stay at the Green Room. Loved it! The room was very comfortable and the decor was very cool with a California vibe. The room as well as the entire property was pristine.
Additionally, the manager was very friendly and quick to respond when we requested extra towels. The hot tub was a great touch after spending our days walking all over San Diego sightseeing. On the weekend there was coffee and doughnuts left for the guests in the courtyard. The area was nice with many coffee shops and restaurants within a short walk. Overall, I would rate the Green Room 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend to everyone.

The area is great and the price was good. The rooms are trendy with a nice design but my room smelt like mildew, the electronic keypad on the door was not working properly (luckily the cleaning lady was there with a key) and the bed was very uncomfortable. Beds are subjective but I personally don’t like the foam bed in a box mattresses. It’s not a bad place and the price is very fair but the 9.6 rating it has was way too high based on my experience.

Perfect staycation get away for me and my husband. Room was clean, AC worked great, bikes on site were a great amenity, and the contactless check in was convenient. Lots of awesome spots within walking distance and loved the individual patios. We loved everything about the Green Room and cant wait to return.

We had an amazing time at the location. Super trendy rooms that are very functional and great rates for the area. Amazing food scene around and so close to many places. The bed was so comfortable !! Surf boards for use made the trip fun. Hot tub was a nice touch and the morning surprise donuts.

I love the vibe of this place. The beds was super comfy and there was great picture of Bob Marley above the bed. And they served up donuts and coffee in the morning. And the beach cruiser was easy to unlock and go on a sunrise bike ride down to the beach.
