The Inn at Penn a Hilton Hotel

Very clean property. Highly recommend.

Great property. Excellent room staff was very professional. Ate at Louie Louie on property and it was fantastic.

Upon getting to my room the bed was not made, there were tools in the room, the fridge did not work, and the shower only had ice cold water. At breakfast we waited at the host stand for five minutes before seating ourselves since the hostess was asleep in a nearby chair. The food was cold and the plates were dirty. I normally really enjoy staying at Hilton properties, but this was ridiculous. I was also denied a refund and as a result will not be returning.

The hotel is very nice and conveniently located. Every staff interaction was great and they couldn’t have been nicer. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

The hotel was great in terms of the room, food (room service), and the gym but the staff was terrible. The man that greeted us (the supervisor) at valet was a jerk. Shouting orders at us. I literally had to stop him and say, "answer my question" before I could get the info I needed. Then we get to the front desk and they were miserable. They did the bare minimum, checked us into our room. They were not friendly nor helpful. When we went to leave there was no one at valet. We asked the man at the front desk for help and he told us to go downstairs and wait. Honestly, for people working in the service industry, they were all terrible. We tipped everyone generously but they didn't deserve it. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to friends and family and I can't imagine staying here again.

Great place!

Location is good. Didn’t like the no parking lot under the hotel since it was over average cost. Shower got water didn’t work very well. Poor customer.

My husband had a lobectomy and i spent the night at the hospital. I was exhaustedly and needed a hot shower, good meal and sleep. I was so looking forward to my stay. The clerk at the desk was noce enough. He handed me a paper and sais this is about the hotel. I got to my room, dropped my bags and read the paper where i found the lovely hotel lounge was not serving food or beverages. There was another option that was very nice but not quiet! I ate, had a cocktail and walked back to my room which was literally on the other side of the hotel. I immediately prepared for my shower. There was no hot water. I let it run for 15 minutes. Still cold. I decided to get in anyway and body wash and slid nearly through the glass doors. The shower was like a sheer of glass. So no shower for me. I washed in the sink and went to bed. Thankfully that was comfortable in my viewless room. The television blocked the window

Most pleasant staff. At check-in Maxx was very helpful and at heck out, Linda was wonderfully supportive and Michael was pleasant.

Love the Inn at Penn! Always excellent service and clean rooms. Always a pleasure to stay here whenever we visit our daughter at Penn!

Great hotel though should note parking is not free

We stayed at The Inn at Penn because we had to have surgery the next day at 5:30am at Penn Presby. The location was only a few minutes by car from the hospital. It was also attractive, clean, had restaurants and other services nearby. Hotel offers room service. Overall an excellent choice if you need to stay in town while using the UPenn medical services. Bathroom was accessible with a shower seat attached to wall of shower. Hand held shower available. Very roomy especially if someone needed a wheelchair.
