Didn't even stay. It's not a hotel it's a flop house. Should be required to state permanent residents on section 8. Not fair to be mislead so horribly.

This is a place for a quick, very dirty, rendezvous. There are no towels, no wash clothes and no hand towels. Cockroaches literally crawled out of the drain when I was washing my hands. I was relieved that I had camping gear in my trunk so I could lie my sleeping bag/blanket on top of the bed. Unless you’re a working girl/guy of the night I don’t think this is the place for you.

Very bad hotel. Recommend to avoid this place.

We was giving an address and once we got there they sent us to another hotel it was worst people using drugs roaches horrible want my money back

The front desk people have great hospitality especially the Hispanic lady. She is wonderful. Keep those staffs they are great. Thank you guys so much.

It was very unfortunately a highly toxic experience and the desk worker kept my deposit for no apparent reasons

It was terrible roaches claiming in the walls the rugs very dirty smell so bad a/c didn’t work no towels tv had only 3 channels. We stayed because we were very tired looking for 2 hours for place to stay this trip was inspected so we didn’t check the previous reviews

Hotel don’t have toilet paper, they charge a deposit controller of the tv and towels. Tv wasn’t working

The room was extremely dirty. walking up to the room was an experience, hoes and dirty appearing residence were everywhere. The shower area was nasty. I spent as much time as i could away from this room. carpet needs to be pulled up and burn along with curtains, bed and bed sheets. Honestly just burn down the whole room and close the facility. if you are dead tired and you can not drive another inch i still wouldn't suggest that you stay there, in this case your car my be a safer cleaner experience .

Horrible place to stay! I left 3 minutes after walking into my room. The room was filthy. Lights didn’t work. Rust and mold everywhere. I told the front desk and they told me to contact hotels.com about a refund. Hotels.com tried to contact the manager and they didn’t answer. So I got screwed out of money.

The staff was really friendly. The room was dirty but we needed it's bad

There were cockroaches everywhere, even in our bed. We left as soon as someone oped the office. We had pictures of cockroaches and rewuested a refund but due to poweroutage the clerk said she couldnt do anything and the manager couldnt be reached. Thin towels, no washclothes, no coffee pot. The bugs were discusting. I set a travel mug of water by my bed. Only a small opening in lid. In morning there were ten dead coackroches in the cup.

The two ladies working the lobby were the only positive experience out of the stay. They were accommodating as they can possibly be with the very minimal they had. Horrible place! We left earlier than what we paid for because it was just unacceptable. I would’ve rather dealt with hurricane Milton

First the all room stink really bad second blood stains all over wall n bed sheets, microwave had mold n rust bathroom super dirty a lot of bugs crawling everywhere n especially cockroach as soon you open door there everywhere tv control doesn’t work rust burn n melted n batteries all exploded n with tape

Shouldn't be for humans. Bugs-holes in curtains and bedspread -debris in tub drain-no door lock -garbage strewn all over by back steps- banged my ankle on exposed bed frame- cover off electrical box in bathroom- dirty shower curtain. Going to report them to health dept. Unsafe- loiterors back of building by steps

I booked this room for my sister who was evacuating from the hurricane. The pictures looked decent enough online and I didn’t see any reviews that just screamed ‘red flag’. I’ve also stayed at other hotels in Orlando in a similar price range and have had no issues so the low price wasn’t a big red flag to me either. She has no problem checking in and was told she was given one of the nicer rooms. The room she was given was disgusting. It wasn’t even the torn apart floors, curtains ripped and dangling from the rod, the old bathroom with the holes in the tile or the cigarette burns and stains all over the bedspread that really was the kicker. There were large, live roaches crawling up the walls and a freezer that hadn’t been cleaned or defrosted in the whole time it had been owned with roach guts in the gaps. She also didn’t have a door that didn’t lock. I l would never ever recommend this hotel. Needless to say, she left quickly and when she told them why at the desk, the lady told her she’d never find anything available and she got what she paid for.
