The hotel is beautiful, one of the nicest in the area. Also Joe Muer is an excellent restaurant with great food.

The room was perfect. We stayed in a suite and it let our needs perfectly. The restaurant associated with the hotel was priced according to what hotel restaurants typically charged but the quality was not great. We tried both breakfast and lunch there and were not impressed. The staff was amazing and very accommodating at the hotel. Will stay again, but provided feedback that the food quality needed some improvement.

I was highly disappointed in the room we stayed in, I've stayed in much nicer rooms at holiday inn. The bathroom was nice and clean, the room was clean as well but there were dark stains on our bedding, there were stains across the ceiling from a water leak, and the room was basic to say the least. Apparently the lock to the pool door was broken and we had no way of knowimg that, tried to use the pool before we left but wasnt able to access. Claims to be a smokefree property but the restaurant employees were right outside of the back entrance sunday morning smoking cigarettes, which made my asthma react as i had to walk through the cloud of smoke to my vehicle. Overall it was a decent stay and the area was very nice. I loved seeing all the expensive cars in the area but for the price I paid, I absolutely will not return again.

I booked a short stay here from Toronto in May 2025. Booking and check-in were easy. Parking is located at the rear of the hotel with a side-door entrance. It can be a bit confusing locating the lobby from this side entrance but with a longer stay, you'll surely become familiar. My room was clean, had carpet and the sheets had noticeable imperfections (I don't expect much and always bring my own). Bathroom was large, clean and well-stocked with towels. There is a fridge in the room spacious enough for meal-prepped containers. Depending on room type (suite) you can have a microwave. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, staff are friendly and helpful. I'd recommend but for a longer stay I'd consider another hotel.

The staff were FANTASTIC! Super welcoming and hospitable. It was so easy to get into our room. The building was very clean, smelled fresh and was quiet. Loved having a solid restaurant in the building, the waitstaff were very sweet. My boyfriend has celiacs and had no issues eating breakfast at the restaurant. We also had drinks at the bar and I got a Breakfast at Tiffany’s cocktail, 2 actually, and I was sweet spot tipsy so hats off to the bartender. As far as what’s nearby, it’s easy to get around if you have a car. We had a rental and were able to get to cute parks and coffee shops very easily. We went to Michigan for a wedding and this might sound crazy but I didn’t expect this visit to mentally heal me but it did and this hotel helped. I slept like a rock and walked away refreshed.

It was honestly kind of shocking to see just how bad this was after seeing it call itself 4 stars! I would be fine with it if it billed itself as a 2 star and the price was on par with that. When I arrived, it was super dingy looking from the outside. Upon entry, one couple was complaining that the bartender was missing while another person was trying to get their key fixed, with the poor front desk guy bouncing between those and trying to check me in. It’s a small thing, but one at a time helps everyone feel valued. The room itself was bad—flat pillows, blood on the sheets, and a hole in the comforter. Bathroom was cramped and there are no streaming services on the TV. All the products in my bathroom dispensers were empty. For the price point and the alleged upscale, I would expect so much better.
