This hotel was spectacular! The service was incredible and probably the friendliest I’ve ever experienced. The room was beyond perfect for our 5 day trip. So spacious and luxurious, we had great sleep. So many wonderful features about the room. Highly recommend staying here, we definitely will again when we’re back in Chicago.

The Langham is ALWAYS a luxury treat! This was my birthday staycation and they did not disappoint. They upgraded me to a luxe suite, champagne, and a mini cake! The spa is the best in the city! Always choose The Langham when in Chicago!

The service at the Langham is incredible; from check in to check out. It is a very clean, beautiful property. All the amenities- room service, housekeeping, concierge services, the indoor pool- all top notch. Spacious rooms. Amazing for kids. We were extremely happy with this hotel.

The Langham is quite possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff were absolutely amazing and the hotel itself was so clean. The hallways smelled so good too which I know is a weird observation but the wood they used for the floors and doors were so aromatic and it was something my party noticed. Our mini-fridge wasn't working (or we were just dumb) but within 5 minutes of letting the staff know, we had an entirely new one. Stellar service!
