The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The hotel is much bigger than it looks from the outside. The drinks at the bar were great. The pools were refreshing and the live music was an added bonus!

Very pleased. The room was exceptionally cool and comfortable which is clutch after a long day in the sun. The bathroom was very large and the location couldn’t have been better.

Came down from Indiana for a 5 night getaway. Had to pay $50 to check in early. Rented bikes and off we went. The Markers location is fantastic. Right behind Schooners Wharf.

Great overall. Location is perfect. Staff was kind. Only two suggestions:
1. Keep the bar open later. The only bar on the property is by the pool and closes right at 6pm.
2. The Hotel market/store is very limited. Could use a few more options.

Love this place! Been here several times over the years and always a good stay. The only complaint is the daily parking fees ($42.00 per day) along with a $54 daily resort fee on top of several taxes so be ready to add an additional $100 a day to your stay. Other than that, this place is great.

This is a nice resort with friendly staff. We had a covered balcony overlooking the pool and harbor, which was our favorite part of the room. The location is also great, being near lots of shops and restaurants.
Two small complaints:
-we stayed for 6 nights and only had room service once, after we requested it at the front desk. The cleaning staff always came around 4pm while we (and probably most other guests) were getting ready for dinner. One staff walked in without even knocking while we were getting dressed.
-the pools are not exclusive to resort guests.
There are three total pools that can accommodate 20 or so people each, so if a big group comes it does throw off the balance and makes it tough to get a lounge chair. The third pool is adult-only and does not have a bar or music. It was quiet and most guests didn’t seem to know it was there.

Wonderful resort in a fantastic location. Walking distance to several restaurants, bars, shopping, Duval Street, Laoory Square for the sunset, the Hemingway House, and the Lighthouse. Rachel, the concierge was lovely and provided great recommendations. We enjoyed the quiet pool a lot. The main pool was quite crowded with people enjoying the live music and kids playing. Overall great stay!

If we go back to Key West, we will stay here again. The harbor location is fantastic. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars right there if you don't want to venture out to downtown. Our water activities departed from the marina here and that was extremely convenient.
This was a smaller property but nicely appointed. It is quiet but if you want a party, you find find that right outside at Schooner's Wharf Bar and Grill.
The pool(s) and pool bar are nice. The bar and food service times are limited but sufficent for what we needed. The food was very good onsite.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I give our whole experience there five stars!

Fantastic location right by the harbor, making it easy to explore Old Town, Duval Street, and all the waterfront action. The property is beautiful and well-kept, with great pools and a lively but relaxed atmosphere. Perfect spot for a Key West getaway!I’m
