I got lucky with street parking every day. The room was very nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. The restaurant inside had an amazing ambience and there are a bunch of convenient places to grab food and drink nearby.

Do not pay for the add on feature for breakfast buffet. The hotel does not offer a buffet. We had paid for one using the Hotels.com site. The hotel managed to give us a breakfast menu where were could get $18 worth of food. Not worth it. Avoid the breakfast, as most of it was undercooked (pancakes, really?) and the order was messed up too.

Didnt have much interaction with to many employee's but 2 of them were very pleasant and extremely helpful. That was the bartender/waiter and hia name is Deon. He went over and above to satisfy my wife and I. We appreciated it alot especially because he was under staffed for serving the patrons of this buisness. The second peeson woukd be rhe valer parking attended. Not only did he park and retrieve our vehicle in a timely manner he also took my wife to the vehicle after he parked it so that she could retrieve something that we forgot. So to my wife and I they both deserve praises, and we would appreciate it if this info could be passed along to there employers, which i believe is the Marriot.

Most front desk staff is incredibly friendly & helpful. The younger ones are not as enthusiastic but pleasant. I sensed only the older staff were willing to go beyond
minimum expectations. Cleaning staff is very polite but slow to respond to needs. Parking at Ramada or Comfort Inn right next door make them more attractive alternatives.
