Great, friendly, efficient staff, nice rooms just found all the casinos in vegas to be very Smokey - only had issue with one staff member that was security in the casino who aggressively asked us if one of our party was of age - we were used to her being asked politely but not in this aggressive manner and the question not being directed to the woman herself but to us ! We did report this to the other security staff . But apart from this I would recommend this fabulous hotel

Obscenely expensive, but that's all of Vegas these days. I can't stand the place, but if you're a Vegas person, this is a nice option.

Key card system was down and did not receive access to room within the stated time to check in. Room access did not work and getting access to a new key card was difficult from staff.

I booked my room through expedia. I made a 50 hour inadavance cancellation due to a medical emergency,
the Palazzo hotel and expedia did not refund any of my money. An expedia employee promised I would get at least Half of my money back. I won't use expedia or stay at the Palazzo ever again. You lost a loyal customer. And I plan to tell all my travel buddy friends and family.

Love, love , love these rooms. the spacious rooms, bathrooms , bed (sleeping) area, & sitting area. One of our favorite properties to stay when in Vegas. & since on this trip, we had tickets to a show at the Sphere- this property was most convenient.

Loved our stay for two nights at the Palazzo overlooking the Sphere! We love how it's fairly close to the middle of everything and Walgreens was right around the corner to get the necessities we needed and extra water. The staff was excellent and the living space was superb, never felt like we were suffocating each other. We also loved the convenience of Grand Luxe which had so many options to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Would stay again! If only it were more affordable on weekends.

Great place to stay, the rooms have tons of space and excellent views, especially from the higher floors. Location is good. We walked to most of the landmarks, then used Uber to get around to the more distant attractions, or if we were in a hurry. Attached to Venetian, so all the same shopping and restaurants are available. Will definitely be staying here again

I had a great check and experience. The room was beyond my expectations. It was luxury from beginning to end. I ate at the restaurant, Brea Osteria, and it was beautiful experience. The food was top-notch. The service was excellent. I loved staying there. It was convenient to other hotels, I had Walgreens nearby and so many restaurants, including at the Venetian they I Could choose from . Will def stay again

We had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo at The Venetian! The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained, and every staff member we interacted with was kind and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. Signing up for the player rewards program also came with a lot of great incentives—definitely worth it. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d absolutely stay here again!
