Well, where do I start? The staff was great so helpful asking me how I’m doing. Is there anything that I could do for me housekeeping right on it taking care of the room there were so much to do there at the hotel. I’m definitely going back. there’s all kinds of stores around there. They have transportation from the hotel to the shopping and everything even have to get your vehicle to go do anything great job guys you guys knocked down a park

loved it here!! the views are beautiful and its close to everything without having to be directly on the strip. the trolly picks you up at the hotel and takes you all over. the staff was super friendly and everything was really clean. loved the pool with the waterslide and the restaurant was reasonably priced with good food. I definitely recommend staying here. i want to go back!

The view was amazing and I got to watch a bear break into a dudes truck. Pretty cool.

Unpon arrival in was pretty impressed with the view however the hotel was a little outdated on the outside and inside, they didn't have a microwave in the room it was in the hallway. I overlooked that you had to pay $15.00 for parking a day, that was a shocker due to bears roaming around at night terrorizing cars and trucks looking for food. The pool however was great my son enjoyed that and the restaurant had decent food, wings in particular.

It needs some updating. Frayed carpet due to pets. Needs to remove carpet. No complimentary coffee in lobby, seriously ALL hotels offer that. Comfy bed clean bathroom.

We loved that the hotel was away from the crowded entertainment area. The mountain views from our room were spectacular. We also saw bears with little cubs in the parking lot a couple mornings. So cool!

Everything was great! Only 1 issue/concern. The drinks in the gift shop needs to be replaced. Paid $4 for a drink from the gift shop and I don’t know if it had been there too long or watch the case was. Nonetheless, I didn’t drink it. But, everything else about this hotel is exceptional!

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The restaurant has stunning views of Gatlinburg , and the food is excellent. Also you see a lot of bear sightings.
