Great location. Friendly staff. Only bad part was they ran out of breakfast stuff on Sunday and the truck didn’t come until Tuesday.

No counter space. Very small vanity. Fridge didn't work. Floor in unit creaked. Felt terrible for people below me. Breakfast was less than what I typically get with rentals elsewhere. Wanted to pay cash for my stay but no one around when I left so it ended up on my card. Not happy!

Room was not clean, unkempt. Someone else’s food in frig. Breakfast was from 6-10. At 7, the food was gone and not replenished, plates and utensil's were either gone or scattered.

Bathroom dirty- cleaning team must have sprayed cleaner but didn’t clean or wipe it up from shower, hair on floor, beetles (Japanese) in window sills and crawling on ceiling. Not handicap accessible. No elevator; parking lot and sidewalks not plowed.

When I arrived at check in my room was not even started on to be cleaned. The front desk lady was amazing but she was the only staff member we saw durning our entire time there. She needs a raise! When we did finally go to our room we were hit in the face with wet wet dusty smelling air. It was so ungodly muggy that I ran to turn on the AC to cool it off. But wait! The AC is so loud that it almost vibrates the room, so chances of sound sleep are minimal. On the left side of the bed there was this white stain that we weren’t certain of on the floor. We weren’t happy with our stay other than the lady that worked at the front desk during our visit. She was the only part of our stay there that we enjoyed.
