This is a nice new hotel with a cool rooftop bar and restaurant. Pool is nice and has lots of spots. Can walk to boardwark on the water. Not much else in the area you can walk to but close drive to many Naples attractions. My room had a problem with AC but they sent someone right away to fix it. Would stay again.

I love the beauty that sorrounds the area, but what has me coming back is the great service from the staff. Yet one person from the staff is the activities director Yaritsa who is super friendly and always happy to help you fiure out how to make the stay an adventure.

Loved this hotel- The food was excellent on site, and the adjacent waterfront dining had great food for a reasonable price. The staff on property were very helpful, and quick to service. My only suggestion is to better mark the access from the garage to the lobby.

Next to a ‘pantano’ full of mosquitos. They messed up our room 3 times. First one giving us a handicap room and then keys didn’t work on other rooms. No good breakfast at all.

We really liked the design with the metal and wood accents. Very clean hotel, decent gym, and convenient location. AC didnt work for the first day but was addressed immediately when we reported it.

Excellent hotel, rooms are spacious and well maintained. Two amazing pools and free transportation to two beautiful beaches. Food is little bit pricey but worth it. Everybody at the hotel is friendly and kind. Yarissa the concierge is wonderful and very helpful. We are planning to comeback soon.

The Perry Hotel was a wonderful hotel! You could tell that it’s new and all their amenities look clean and beautifully kept. The family pool and the upstairs bar were our favorite spaces to be. We are definitely planning to go back as we didn’t get to go on the boat to the beach but heard it was a must!
