We had a 4:50 pm flight to catch and we asked for checking out at 1, but they said even their VIPs could not have that. I am a Marriott Bonvoy elite member and we usually get a late check out if needed. The staff at the front desk is not very friendly, staff in other areas is excellent.

Upgraded to a suite however there was no cutlery, crockery or glassware, even though there’s a hot plate & microwave in place.
Mentioned thus at check out & was advised since Covid, items need to be requested. Should have been advised at check in but sadly we weren’t.

I paid for an extra night knowing that I was going to get in very early in the morning. I actually paid extra thinking that the property would be close to the t mobile arena as I had tickets to the UFC fight on Saturday evening. My son has a broken toe and I did not want him to walk very far. We were put in a room far away, and I had paid extra for an extra bed.
The woman who helped me told me that I was considered a no show because I hadn’t called the day before. She would not let me check in even though I paid extra knowing that we would be checking in early.
I was very disappointed in the service that we were given. I’ve never in my life written a review and I’m 49 years old.

We loved our room. We booked a penhouse king suite which was so beautiful! The bed was super comfy, pillows were perfect-not to hard and not too soft! The view of the LasVegas strip was terrific, and in the other window we had a great viw of the sphere and the mountains!
What I loved theost, it was very secure-you cant go anywhere w/o your room key!
The only thing that prevented us from giving it a 5 stars is that when we checked in to the room there was the previous tennants food still in the fridge. Also, there was not any cups to use in the kitchen cabinets. Small little details that mean alor byt keep it from a 5 star review
We would definitely stay there again w/o any hesitation!
