The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking garage was convenient and seemed safe. The room was fair the bedding was clean. The room was dusty and there were stains on the walls, also the heater/a/c unit sounded like a Peterbuilt and the tv “which is my biggest pet peeve” had no guide it was like being catapulted back into the 90’s flipping through channels hoping to find something, UTTER CRAP.

Property had a lot of construction going on so good was limited. Needs more updating. Staff is friendly and many restaurants you can walk to.

Rooms were comfortable, while food at the bar was not great. Most importantly I picked the property because they advertised a pool but when checking in a sign at the desk prominently stated it was closed until further notice.

The room was nice and comfortable but a little outdated with the wallpaper (has some cracks) and the carpet inside the room and outside in the hallway. The bathroom was small and we found it strange there was only one door not the typical sliding two doors. So you have to be careful and place lots of towels on the floor as to catch any water onto the bathroom floor. Tv was difficult to navigate as there is no option for Netflix and not much channels to choose from and the remote was bulky and old.
Overall it was a good experience I just wish it was more updated and modern as advertised on Expeadia.
Oh and parking is $20 per day so that’s an extra cost you need to factor if you are staying here for several days.

We had a nice stay. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The room wasnt the most updated, and there were a few minor things but overall we enjoyed our stay and def was worth the price!

I’ve stayed here twice because of the convenience of walking to places. The wallpaper is not in ideal condition and wa glued awkwardly in many places. The staff is very helpful. I wish it had an actual restaurant.

The room does not match the photos promoting the hotel. Very outdated and very small. The water pressure is bad and it desperately needs an overall facelift. Also the windows were cleaned early in the morning and we weren’t notified at all. Seems like a breach on privacy and convenience for not letting us know. I understand things like this need to be done but I would’ve planned around it to get up earlier to avoid it. Very clean and easy parking though!

I do appreciate the manager who fixed a situation . However, please remove that you have a restaurant on premises. It’s a game changer inspite being near a mall. Sometimes you just want to chill and stay put . Staff are friendly but I was not told of restaurant situation but learned from coffee barista .
My room? Had significant issues but MGR resolved .
