The room was clean and updated. We had dinner at Chi's and it was delicious. We enjoyed going up to the observation tower. The views were amazing. The only bummer was the view from the window was the wall of the building next door.

First wrong room number was given. It was corrected after i tried and returned back to the check in. Next, the room was not cleaned after the previous occupant vacated. It was done after i complained.

First time in Vegas. We arrived the day before our scheduled event and check in was smooth.
Our room wasn't ready until regular check in time,so we spent a few hours waiting in the check in area.
There was no actual lounge area and the casino smelled a bit musty.
Our room was not as nice as the pictures I saw online but relatively clean. The shower didn't drain well which was not so great. Staff was friendly and the pool was nice.
Last night there the elevator doors started to close on me and bruised me up pretty good.
If we ever go back to Vegas I don't think we would stay here again.

Location was ok and close to restaurants that was fairly priced. The Stat charges for parking which I think is ridiculous if you are a guest that is staying in the hotel. The swimming pool (kid friendly) sucked and was freezing with no hot tub. Staff to pushy to attend timeshare convention. I would rather stay in Days Inn before I will return to the Strat.

When I booked the room it was for a renovated king room when we arrived that is not what I received until I complained. Once the room was switched it still was not the room I booked.
